At the completion of each project, submit a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements

Experienced Construction Project Superintendent
- A minimum of 3-10 years related experience as a superintendent in the construction industry with a commercial and/or industrial general contractor
- Extensive experience supervising and managing craftspeople and multiple subcontractors on multiple construction and repair projects
- OSHA 30 Safety Course Certification, Red Cross First Aid, and CPR Certification preferred
- Basic computer understanding including e-mails, MS Office, and internet
- Understanding of project management software, Procore
- Great oral and written communication skills

- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability and willingness to mentor Assistant Superintendents
