Summary ($11-$15 per hour)
Manicuring and packaging high quality cannabis products, under environmentally controlled conditions by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Breakdown wet plants to prepare for drying and separate unusable waste from usable product.
Manicuring dry flowers for quality presentation and separate unusable waste from usable product.
Employee must be able to adapt to various strains, styles and types of marijuana they are trimming; adjusting their techniques to maintain a steady pace and quality.
Measuring and packaging for consistent and quality presentation of premium cannabis products.
Comply with all company and state regulations pertaining to cultivation and packaging of cannabis.
Trim and Packaging staff are responsible for clean-up of all processing areas and equipment during and at the end of their shift.

Coordinate and manage daily lab tasks with Packaging Supervisor
Properly set up and operate filling, edible and solid dose manufacturing, packaging, and labeling equipment
Follow manufacturer’s instructions and Company SOPs to sanitize production area and equipment
Maintain accurate documentation of all related data in tracking software
Prepare plant material for extraction (packing material socks) and accurately documenting related data
Efficiently fill, package, and label products in compliance with Holistic SOPs and all applicable manufacturing procedures
