Position Summary:
Responsible for the day to day inventory management and receiving of product for high-volume retail and delivery cannabis outlet. Ensure proper inventory levels are maintained, care of perishable product is properly executed, FIFO process is being upheld, finished goods are received/stored properly, processed and made ready for sale in a timely manner. Ensures all cannabis products meet or exceed state and local compliance standards. Any items that do not meet or exceed compliance standards are to be rejected, logged for vendor credit and moved to Green Waste, or destroyed immediately.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee, schedule, train, and assign tasks to inventory team members (Budbacks).
- Ensure proper care and First In, First Out (FIFO) rotation of all inventory for retail and delivery outlet.
- Ensure all products are kept in their ideal state to preserve freshness and quality.
- Ensure all technology platforms - inventory, ERP, METRC, POS - are updated with the most accurate product descriptions and on-hand inventory amounts.

**PLEASE NOTE: This is a full-time position that requires open availability (7 days a week) in order to be considered for this role. It may require an occasional overnight shift between the hours of 9pm-5am**
Position Summary:
Responsible for the day to day inventory management and receiving of product for high-volume retail and delivery cannabis outlet. Ensure proper inventory levels are maintained, care of perishable product is properly executed, FIFO process is being upheld, finished goods are received/stored properly, processed and made ready for sale in a timely manner. Ensures all cannabis products meet or exceed state and local compliance standards. Any items that do not meet or exceed compliance standards are to be rejected, logged for vendor credit and moved to Green Waste, or destroyed immediately.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee, schedule, train, and assign tasks to inventory team members (Budbacks).
- Ensure proper care and First In, First Out (FIFO) rotation of all inventory for retail and delivery outlet.
- Ensure all products are kept in their ideal state to preserve freshness and quality.
- Ensure all technology platforms - inventory, ERP, METRC, POS - are updated with the most accurate product descriptions and on-hand inventory amounts.
- Coordinate with procurement team and management team to ensure proper turnover of inventory to expedite the sale of expiring products.
- Conduct monthly inventory audits and report any loss runs to General Manager and Headquarters.
- Handle all receiving of items, returns, and exchanges with procurement and shipping teams.
- Advise on upcoming "best by" dates for incoming inventory so items can be put on sale or exchanged with vendors prior to expiration.
- Coordinate with managers for the destruction of expiring products as well as notify the procurement team.
- Ensure all invoices, payables, and returns are properly coded and communicated to the Finance department, ensuring clear communication within the accounting ecosystem.
- Account for all discrepancies within manifests and delivery, and report them to our executive teams and the BCC.
- Responsible for receiving all products, checking in products (ERP and METRC), scanning manifests and COA's; scanning invoices as needed.
- Work closely with Compliance Director and team to ensure regulations are followed and address issues within 24 hours of occurrence.
- Work with other company locations to troubleshoot issues with inventory audits and receiving as needed.
- Ensure new products are ready for sale within 48 hours of receiving.
- Meet with management team regularly to ensure proper follow-up on all action items.
- Accountable for proper disposal of cannabis waste, both physically and systemically.
- Manage and track all levels of inventory of the outlet(s) including cannabis, merchandise, shop supplies, promotional materials, and all other non-cannabis items.
- Always ensure proper ambiance and cleanliness of inventory and secure storage areas.
- Ensure the Urbn Leaf brand is always being properly represented.
- Participate in the quarterly venue cleanings.
- Abide by all policies and procedures of the company.

Position Summary:
Our budtenders are responsible for assisting patients and guests in all aspects of the purchase, education of cannabis ,and may include the training of new budtending staff. The majority of time is spent ensuring the dispensary is well-kept and running properly and guests are serviced properly and efficiently.

What you'll be doing...
With unprecedented growth and the strongest supply chain in the industry, we are looking for an excellent experienced cannabis Director of Sales to join NCC. You will be responsible for leading a team of six Account Managers marketing, promoting, and profitably selling our expansive portfolio to existing and potential licensed dispensary customers across Southern California.
Each of your Account Managers will have a corresponding Brand Ambassador. These BA’s will be managed by your peer, a Trade Marketing Manager, and will be directly supporting the sales team with KPIs such as demos, budtender training and merchandising activities.
You will be expected to be out in the field 2-3 days a week, ensuring your team is delivering on their sales goals by expanding new distribution, opening new accounts and supporting sell-through activities.
We are only looking for exceptional sales managers with a track record of success in the industry.
This role is specifically for Southern California, it based remotely and the candidate would ideally live within LA County
Job Duties:
- Managing the sales team to ensure that revenue and growth targets are attained
- Account calls, ride alongs and market visits 2-3 days a week
- Build and maintain relationships with the top accounts in So Cal
- Develop annual operating budgets and forecasts for short- and long-range goals
- Oversee brand development and product management
- Strong cannabis experience
- Experience with large commercial enterprise sales
- Building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing sales team capable of selling effectively
- Building and managing accurate sales forecasts
- Monitoring customer, market, and competitor activity and providing feedback to the company leadership team and other functional areas

Requirements:
- 3+ years in the cannabis industry
- 5+ years’ sales experience in sales and sales management including leading teams, sales managers, field and inside sales and account management
- 4+ years of accurately forecasting a team’s revenue projections
- Must possess strong leadership, motivational, and presentation skills
- Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to present data and conclusions in an organized concise manner at all levels

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Understand and collect data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, land allocations, farming, packing operations, inventory, labor and overheads (direct and indirect).

Position Summary:
The Stocking Associate (Budback) is responsible for ensuring shop shelves are always stocked with product. The Budback is responsible for retrieving product for the Budtenders and assisting Budtenders with all product needs and inquiries. The Budback is also responsible for helping the inventory team members on intake days to intake, barcode, and display new product.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring shelves are stocked at all times
- Check go-back bins and re-shelf products that are placed in bins
- Keep displayed products pulled to the front of their respected location to maintain a beautiful store appearance
- Ensures shelves are presentable and organized at all times
