CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Utilize your vehicle with a company-provided car allowance
- Manage and schedule your daily, weekly, and monthly customer visits, while assuring that the projected number of customer contacts per day is met.
- Provide a professional organized positive and comprehensive company message to all interactions with customers
- Represent the company, brand, and team in accordance with our mission, goals, and objectives
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our current and developing products, brand position, and the Portland market
- Maintain a schedule, set up, and work in-store pop-ups/vendor days at dispensaries one day per week (approx 5 per week)
- Distribute product sample packs to shops, educate shop staff on product types and specifics of samples in sample box
- Track all activities in Leaflink CRM
- Keep track of all changing management and contacts for all accounts
STRENGTHS

REQUIREMENTS

- Possess valid Marijuana worker permit
- Remain compliant with all legal, OLCC, and company regulations for working in the cannabis industry
- Monthly visits to company headquarters in Bend for product training and strategy sessions
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds. This job function may include sitting for extended periods of time.

- As our Brand Ambassador you will be responsible for being the front-facing team of the brand on every level (in-store support, visit retail partners regularly, seek new shelf opportunities, educate budtenders, staff, and customers on Ember Valley products to increase sell-through on product)
- Continually build strong relationships with every person you encounter while on the job, from security guards to budtenders to customers.
- Work with the inventory operations and marketing team to help capture every detail of how our accounts function and what is important to them.

- Work with our inside sales reps to input and manage orders from pitch to delivery.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador, budtender or a related sales position is a plus.
