We currently operate two indoor cultivation facilities that represent over 110,000 square feet. Additionally, we are constructing a purpose-built 40,000 square foot manufacturing facility, where we will centralize processing, packaging, distribution, and manufacturing.
The Opportunity
The Cultivation Technicians are responsible for assisting with all aspects of the company's cultivation operation from propagation to harvest. Essential functions include, but are not limited to, assisting the Cultivation Manager in various ways such as cleaning, cloning, transplanting, IPM applications, pruning plants, planting and resetting rooms as well as various miscellaneous tasks that fall under the day-to-day management of our gardens and their various individual departments.
Under the supervision of the Cultivation Manager, you will ensure that the facility is kept safe and compliant with OSHA standards as well as all state and local regulations at all times. This position will be responsible for following ALL Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) as they relate to various aspects of our cultivation and maintaining compliance within our facility at all times. Cultivation Technicians will be responsible for many key day-to-day tasks that keep our facility operating smoothly and our production cycle on schedule.
Having a positive mindset, a capacity to problem-solve, as well as a team-first attitude is critical.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
These include, but are not limited to, the following (other duties may be assigned):
- General cleaning duties, e.g., scrubbing and sanitizing trays in propagation room, veg room and various flowering rooms; cleaning miscellaneous growing equipment to maintain protocols; transferring plants from one stage to the next; de-leafing plants, removing waste, weighing & tracking plant waste.
- Assist with the coordination of all grow operations including: Daily Activities, Quality Assurance, Potting, Manicuring, Harvesting, and pruning as well as assuring compliance with local, state, and federal licensing requirements.
- Responsible for completing any work assigned to them during their scheduled shift, as well as information sharing.
- Inventory procedures as they relate to proper plant counts, tracking information for inventory to ensure that our facility is always operating in compliance.
- Mop up spills, leaks and ensuring safety signs are in place to caution employees on wet floors, oily surfaces, and other occupational hazards as soon as they are noticed.
- Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at appropriate times as this position may be exposed to splash hazards, high temperatures, and chemicals. Complete training will be provided upon hiring.
- Responsible for following all operational guidelines, verbal directives, training information and policies when performing duties.
- Transports trash and waste to the disposal area.
- Complies with safety requirements at all times.
Requirements:
- Must be 21 or over
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or equivalent
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to solve practical problems.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form, with the use of a smartphone.
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly required to perform carrying, grasping, lifting, walking, standing, use of ladder, use of power tools, some bending/crouching, stooping, stretching, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motions.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time while maintaining focus, and have the ability to walk on uneven terrain.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull and balance up to 75 lbs. (125 lbs. with assistance) and must be able to do so with extreme care and caution when working with plants and products.
Work Environment
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts. The employee is frequently exposed to herbal aromas, dust, and/or airborne particles.
- The employee occasionally works in high, precarious places.

The Janitor is responsible for assisting with all aspects of the company's general maintenance and cleanliness. The janitor will ensure facility cleanliness and overall appearance. Job duties include, but are not limited to: moping, vacuuming, sanitizing facility bathrooms, cleaning windows , taking out the garbage, and preparing office spaces for the next day.
Under the supervision of the facility Manager, you will ensure that the facility is kept safe and compliant with OSHA standards as well as all state and local regulations at all times. The Payroll & Accounting Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day Accounts Payable administration and ensuring that all things payroll-related are correct and on time. This role will run end-to-end payroll for 3 separate entities in our Wurk payroll platform. You are proactive, organized, and always looking for ways to automate processes and add more experiences to your professional wheelhouse.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is well versed in payroll and wants to learn more on the accounting side. We are a start-up, rolling up our sleeves to build something bigger than ourselves. This means that other duties may arise, and we support one another in accomplishing what’s needed.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Payroll
- Check payroll information for accuracy and ensure all relevant paperwork is in order
- Coordinate with HR about changes in payroll (e.g. terminations, new hires)
- Oversee electronic payments and distribution of payroll checks
- Process other financial compensations or deductions (e.g. bonuses, commission, reimbursements, garnishments, severance pay, taxes, worker’s compensation)
- Handle benefit expenses, like insurance fees or paid leave
- Produce reports to upper management upon request
Accounts Payable
- Audit invoices, monitor accounts payable aging, input manual invoices for payment, and perform procedures relating to proper vendor payments
- Act as a point of contact between internal departments and accounting, serving as a liaison between accounting and external parties, including vendors and service providers.
- Using bookkeeping software and entering information into company files or databases, ensuring that all financial records are complete and accurate.
- Special projects as needed
Administrative Tasks
- Helping organize and maintain office common areas
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, and presentations, setting up for meetings and reordering supplies.
- Anticipate the needs of our President and HR Generalist in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
- Be open to other random tasks and office needs when necessary
- Assist HR in scanning in documents and filing
- Assist HR in onboarding and termination processes
Requirements
WHAT YOU BRING
- Associates Degree or higher in Business, Accounting, Math or related field
- Must be adept at learning/navigating new technology
- 1-2 years experience in Payroll, AP or administrative or similar role
- Organized and detail-oriented with a solid track record of juggling multiple competing priorities
- Previous experience with a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) / Payroll system preferred
- Works well under pressure and is able to constantly think outside the box
- Excellent customer service experience/skills
- Experience, knowledge, or interest in the cannabis industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office and Google Suite Skills

As our Sales Support Agent, you will be responsible for working directly with our active accounts on inventory levels and product sell-through. A successful candidate will be well-spoken, able to build instant rapport with every member of each of our accounts, have an outgoing personality, all while continually driven to build a long-term career in the cannabis industry.
You are approachable, organized, adaptable, and embrace continuous improvement and learning. As a team player, you build strong relationships both internally and externally to develop a good understanding of our day-to-day business operations and be able to communicate those effectively to our accounts. You will act as our boots on the ground and always make sure our accounts and customers are happy.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Support around 30 of our current accounts, visiting 5-8 of those accounts daily
- Continually build strong relationships with every person you encounter while on the job from security guards to budtenders.
- Work with the inventory operations and marketing team to help capture every detail of how our accounts function and what is important to them
- Develop meaningful relationships with external customers that you meet to encourage trust and loyalty all while following our Brand Guidelines
- Work with our inside sales reps to input and manage orders from purchase through to delivery
- Use our CRM and other platforms to create and maintain an accurate database of current inventory levels.
- Continually keeping up on industry changes and keeping informed about competing products and services
Requirements
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Previous experience in a Brand Ambassador or a related sales position a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM software such as Salesforce.com a plus
- Exceptional customer service & communication skills, both verbal and written.
- You are organized and prioritize your work to meet deadlines, adapting to unexpected priorities
- You are collaborative and build effective relationships to enable the Company to reach its goals
- You excel in an unstructured, start-up environment, and bring an element of precision and organization.
- Cannabis knowledge or interest a huge plus
