Responsibilities:
- Open and close the shop
- Lead the sales team. Advising customers on suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions to different strains of cannabis.
- Input inventory orders into the POS system accurately and timely
- Doing inventory transfers from the inventory storage room to sales floor physically as well as on the POS
- Doing reconciliation of inventory when there is a discrepancy and maintain a clear record of discrepancies on the POS
- Keeping the inventories at the storage room and sales floor organized
- Communicating with all department managers, sales, and purchasing on inventory levels and locations.
- Doing cycle counts for all inventories once per month and keep detailed records on the POS
- Other tasks assigned by the managers
Experience/Skills:
- Must be 21 or over to apply
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Must have experience in retail managment and inventory management.
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge applicable to the job (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Power-Point, Internet, e-mail and other technology software)
- Able to clearly communicate both verbally and written
- Have a basic understanding of cannabis products
- Agree to the background check

Vera Cultivation is a new cannabis business positioned to revolutionize the cannabis cultivation industry. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as Post-Production Assistant Floor Manager. The duties of the Assistant Floor Manager will include but are not limited to:
- Managing the Vera Post-Production team through harvest, post-harvest reset, trimming, and packaging.
- Managing 3rd party harvest and trim crews while on site.
- Organization of the product going into the dry room to make sure plants are organized and space utilization is maximized.
- Organization of the product at each stage of the trim effort to facilitate an efficient packaging process.
- Overseeing the drying and curing process to ensure product meets Vera’s quality standard.
- Regularly inspect the product at each stage of the post-production cycle for quality control.
- Weighing and packaging finished product.
- Keeping the Post-Production area clean and organized at all times.
- Cleaning and maintaining Post-Production equipment.
- Ensuring that all supply inventory is filled at all times.
- Maintain all records for compliance set by MED.
- Collecting, organizing, and inputting harvest data into data tracking platforms.
We are looking for diligent and dedicated employees who can multi-task in a detail-oriented environment. Strong leadership skills are a requirement. Some experience is necessary:
- Minimum 2 years working in the cannabis industry
- Minimum 1 year of cannabis management experience
Requirements:
- Advanced Metrc user
- Experience using Excel or similar platforms for data tracking and analysis
- Must have a support or key badge from the Colorado MED

Assistant Floor Manager
The Sunday Goods Retail Team is looking for a highly motivated, passionate, detail-oriented and proven leader to join our family and bring the Sunday Goods brand experience to life as an Assistant Floor Manager of our Cochise County location. The Assistant Floor Manager will lead a team of front of house associates and is responsible for delivering a best-in-class customer experience and executing initiatives that drives our team to achieve KPI targets.
Your Impact on Our MissionObjective (why does the role exist): Manage and oversee all aspects of our customer experience and front of house operations under the direction of the Director of Operations. Drive training initiatives to ensure our team members stay fluent and up to date on all product education materials and store sales strategy. Develop and implement customer experience standards that brings the Sunday Goods “Feel Good” vibe to life through an authentic and engaged Customer Experience.
Key Responsibility (how does the role contribute to the mission): It manages our front of house operations team. Train and execute our compliance guidelines for Store operations. required for all touchpoints through our customer journey. Manage patients throughout to maximize team efficiency and reduce patient time spent in-store. In partnership with Marketing, execute product updates and floor sets in accordance with project schedules and product sell through. You will be responsible in executing the initiatives set forth day to day by the Corporate Director of Operations.

Day in the Life
- Lead team to deliver a best in class dispensary experience through our brand story and values.
- Drive team to deliver daily/weekly/monthly goals that align company targets
- Manage day-in/day-out operations, inventory management, inventory counts, Patient order fullfillment, driving KPI targets, visual merchandising execution and Patient satisfaction
- Execute/Oversee Standard Operating Procedures and policies that keep dispensary in compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Collaborate with the Director of Corporate Operations on product sales and inventory needs.
- Monitor sales and on hand inventory level of SKu’s
- Receive all deliveries, input product sku’s into POS and verify billing.
- Implement a culture of customer service that drives repeat business and loyalty amongst our community
- Assist and support in training initiatives that drive alignment in customer service expectations and product education fluency
- Provide leadership, training, guidance and support to team members that fosters continuous learning and improvement in performance of the store
- Drive brand initiatives and sales promotions; identify trends and opportunities to define process and procedure improvement
What You Have
