Position Objective:
The primary objective for the AR/AP Clerk will be a blend of transactional and entry-level accounting.
Essential Functions:
- Bill clients/customers as instructed.
- Route vendor invoices for approval and process them for outgoing payment once approved.
- Provide audit support as needed, ensure that files are compliant with all company policies and procedures.
- Provide various monthly management reports and schedules, e.g., AR/AP Aging.
