POSITION SUMMARY
The Starter is responsible for receiving and directing and greeting guests, checking ID’s, collecting the appropriate documentation, and managing the flow of the dispensary. This position works closely with Advocate/Cashiers and management to ensure an excellent guest experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Welcome each guest personally using welcoming words, tone, and body language
- Answer, assist, and direct all incoming telephone calls to appropriate parties in a professional and courteous manner
- Accurately enter, process, and store guest identification and other documentation to maintain organized records of guest interactions; verify proper paperwork, documentation, and ID for guests
- Operate front desk computer to check-in guests and perform other work-related duties
- Notify Advocates of guest arrival and manage flow of guests into sales room to ensure a timely, positive experience
- Ensure a clean and professional appearance of sales floor and reception area at all times
- Answer preliminary questions for new and returning guests
- Perform other duties as assigned

ROLE SUMMARY
The Cultivation Technician III position supports, measures, guides, develops, and adjusts operational efficiency on daily and weekly cultivation operations in the stocking and upkeep of a medical cannabis production system. Activities may span the entire production cycle of the plant, from propagation through harvest. The ideal candidate will excel as a team and department leader, within a medical grade horticultural environment, where attention to detail is extremely important, and the work is fast paced, physically demanding, highly regulated, and deadline-driven. This role requires understanding the responsibilities, needs, and priorities of the cultivation team and respective sub-department. Duties are completed individually and in small teams, under the indirect supervision of Cultivation Supervisors and Managers. The position is structured around a required training program and expected function.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cultivation Technician III
All candidates must be able to work in an environment with a safety culture. Extended periods of standing, bending, reaching, and high dexterity functions are required. Physical demands include bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, walking, standing and using stairs to enter/exit the work area. The employee must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be able to maneuver between growing spaces that are 24 inches apart. The employee must also be able to repeatedly carry 15-20 pounds the length of warehouse/cultivation facility.
