POSITION SUMMARY
The Starter is responsible for receiving and directing and greeting guests, checking ID’s, collecting the appropriate documentation, and managing the flow of the dispensary. This position works closely with Advocate/Cashiers and management to ensure an excellent guest experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Welcome each guest personally using welcoming words, tone, and body language
- Answer, assist, and direct all incoming telephone calls to appropriate parties in a professional and courteous manner
- Accurately enter, process, and store guest identification and other documentation to maintain organized records of guest interactions; verify proper paperwork, documentation, and ID for guests
- Operate front desk computer to check-in guests and perform other work-related duties
- Notify Advocates of guest arrival and manage flow of guests into sales room to ensure a timely, positive experience
- Ensure a clean and professional appearance of sales floor and reception area at all times
- Answer preliminary questions for new and returning guests
- Perform other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
- Must be able to accommodate scheduling expectations including weekend and evening hours – nights, weekends and holidays
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must pass any and all required background checks

POSITION SUMMARY
The Advocate/Budtender works one-on-one with guests to recommend products that best match their needs. Responsible for ensuring an excellent guest experience through friendly, outgoing service, strong communication skills, and fluency in all products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Welcome each guest personally using welcoming words, tone, and body language
- Verify proper paperwork, documentation, and ID for guests
- Work as a team to maintain an effective atmosphere and efficient service
- Clean, stock, and organize dispensary; work with others to keep all areas cleaned, organized, and stocked in accordance with the Company’s standards at all times
- Input orders in a timely and accurate manner, collect money from guests for products purchased, and make appropriate change
- Quickly and precisely handle cash and debit transactions while always maintaining a balanced cash drawer
- Conduct nightly inventory counts of all dispensary products
- Maintain up to date knowledge of industry trends and products offered
- Update menus and signage with informative and visually appealing information (assigned duty)
- Perform other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
- Knowledge of cannabis required
- Must be able to accommodate scheduling expectations including weekend and evening hours nights, weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills, Point of Sale software, and cash management
- Basic reading skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must pass any and all required background checks
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. POSITION SUMMARY
The Keeper is responsible for weighing flower product, labeling product containers. Responsible for keeping the inventory accounted for and stocked appropriately. They are responsible for the receiving, storing, and issuing of materials, equipment, and other items from stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard. They are also responsible for keeping inventory and stock records.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Responsible for accurately weighing and recording packaged product weights
- Responsible for labeling packaged product appropriately
- Prepares product as instructed
- Stocks packaging materials daily
- Folds boxes
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in the inventory room
- Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in the inventory room
- Mark stock items, using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment
- Provide assistance or direction to other stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard workers
- Prepare products, supplies, equipment, or other items for use by adjusting, repairing or assembling them, as necessary
- Assist with other inventory as need
- Make sure management is notified when stock is running low
- Count inventory
- Receive packages
- Control and track expiring products to report
- Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time management
- Ability to detect deficiencies in product, such as mold, seeds, insects
