The Sr. Post Processing Manager will also be expected to engage in continuous research and development around improvements in operational efficiencies, improving and creating SOP’s, and maintaining a streamlined production cycle.

Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year cannabis quality control experience
- Minimum 1 year METRC experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in directly managing multiple teams including managers
- Ability to analyze data from METRC, Excel, Leaflink
- Proven experience implementing production schedules
- Minimum 5 years of cumulative cannabis cultivation knowledge
- Minimum of 1 year experience in large scale manufacturing environment
- Ability to generate buy-in and collaboration to set and meet goals within structured time frames
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and the flexibility to adapt to change as needed
- At least 21 years of age and authorized to work in the US and willing to submit to a background check/fingerprint clearance.
- Able to lift, pull or push 50+ pounds in boxes, plants, tools, and various heavy equipment.
