WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Cultivation Operations support with data input and management.
- Develop reports to track and aid in cultivation success.
- Input, organize and file all schedules and plant data.
- Manage monthly inventory counts and complete accurate summary reports.
- Assist with scanning plants as needed in a greenhouse and office setting.
- Learn and understand seed to sale tracking software.
- Export/organize data.
- Preform audits on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis as well as prepare audit reports.
- Keep a running and accurate schedule of all plant activities that need to be completed and clearly communicate all activities to multiple teams.
- Collaboration with cultivation management reporting pest populations and releasing beneficial insects.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU'LL BRING
Required
- Age 21 or over
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
- 1-3 years prior analyst experience

- Understanding and knowledge of the cultivation of plants and greenhouse operations.

Sisu Extracts is in search of a highly organized and motivated scheduling coordinator for our fleet as well as an enthusiastic customer service personality to assist with farm relations. You are responsible for scheduling all pick-ups and deliveries while communicating effectively with farmers and staff.Duties
- Oversee transportation logistics and ensure services are delivered on time and according to regulations
- Responsible for the execution of all transportation schedules including on-call, on-demand requests for transportation
- Plans and schedules work on a daily and weekly basis
- Communicates with clients and responds to their requirements
- Works with Fleet Manager to oversee the fleet and safety
- Monitors and evaluates the delivery of services to the client and the methods and techniques used to provide them
- Develops and implements plans to improve the delivery of services, individually, with other supervisors, and through process improvement
- Ensure full compliance with policies and standards and recommends corrective action to superiors when required
- Sets and adjusts priorities and prepares schedules for completion of work
- Assigns work based on priorities, selective consideration of the difficulty and requirements of assignments and capabilities of the employees.
