Ohio Cannabis Connection is expanding and looking for a Scheduling Coordinator at our West Chester office. The successful candidate is friendly and outgoing and has advanced skills of computer literacy, correspondence with emails, and excellent data entry abilities. A medical background and scheduling experience is a plus. The candidate must be punctual and dependable with reliable transportation and be able to work in a fast-paced office setting.
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and provide solutions and/or alternative answers
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
Skills
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with EMR system
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- High school degree

Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30 - 12:30. Saturday 9-1.
