The Position

The Responsibilities

Make sure all orders are accurate and organized
Comply with established state, local and company policies-procedures
Stay up to date with new products, discounts, deals, changes in laws and industry trends
Quality check all orders that come from our fulfillment team
Oversee any order changes
Hold team members accountable for accurate orders and prices
The Qualifications
Exceptional communication and leadership skills

As a Breeze Coordinator you may regularly work evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the needs of our facility. Successful performance of this role requires that the incumbent is physically able to move freely between different parts of the store, lift up to 30 pounds and spend several hours a day viewing a computer screen. This position is frequently required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms.

Duties and responsibilities
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals and basic algebra knowledge for units of conversion which apply to chemistry
- Generate and prepare Certificates of Analysis (COA)
- Customize and evaluate COA’s for completeness and accuracy
- Create and provide documents needed for audits
- Document control management; specifically, for retests and revisions to original COA’s
- Ensure all Cannabis, CBD/Hemp reporting regulations and HIPAA requirements are met
- Knowledge of interpreting results and chromatographs
- Collaborate with other departments to modify the COA
- Assist clients with reports, such as, answering questions and investigating results
- Report breaches and exposures
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements
- Conducting ad hoc investigations into identified or reported risks
- Maintains documentation to comply with laboratory requirements
- Record keeping (such as email and conversation logs)
*Qualifications
- Two years of customer service experience
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly of Excel spreadsheets
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to quickly and accurately type and enter data; knowledge of touch-typing system preferred
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- In-depth understanding of software associated with position

Summary
The Quality Assurance/Quality Control Coordinator works with Production staff and members of the Research and Development Team to ensure facility operations, raw materials and finished goods are in compliance with corporate, regulatory food safety and environmental health and safety requirements. The Quality Assurance/Quality Control Coordinator will develop inspection processes and checks to ensure customer requirements and company quality standards are achieved.
Duties and responsibilities
- Evaluate production systems and propose quality control programs and quality checks for all aspects of production
- Draft quality control SOPs and other related documents
- Document processes and controls implemented
- Work with Operations staff to implement workable quality protocols including training and creation of visual workspace
- Develop and coordinate finished good sensory analysis program
- Develop and coordinate shelf life testing
- Develop and implement processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery
- Identify and set appropriate quality production standards and parameters for products
- Communicates quality standards
- Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products or systems; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues
- Reviews employee feedback regarding process controls etc.
- Reviews customer, and user feedback regarding finished product
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft office, data analysis, Google Apps
- Bachelor's (preferred) or Associates Degree in relevant field &/or equivalent professional experience
- Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Active Oregon Liquor Control Commission (“OLCC”) marijuana worker permit
- Language Skills: Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written
- Math Skills: Possess basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
- Travel Requirements: Occasional travel required between buildings and sites
- Able to perform basic sensory testing, including visual evaluations on products and equipment
