Responsibilities:
- Monitoring a secured front entrance and greeting all guests to the facility
- Provide widespread support to visitors including escort as required

Summary
Responsible for providing dynamic support to all departments within the Cultivation and Manufacturing operations. Responsibilities will include administrative support, reception operations and basic physical security, HR support tasks, assisting with finance-related activities, event and meeting coordination and planning, common supply replenishment, etc.
Administrative Support Responsibilities
- Performing security reception functions to include:
- Monitoring a secured front facility entrance and greeting all guests.
- Verifying credentials and issuing/collecting temporary authorized visitor badges.
- Logging and filing all visitor activity.
- Coordinating receipt and unloading of deliveries via telephone or two-way radio.
- Providing support to authorized visitors to include:
- Escorting visitors as required, or otherwise coordinating a compliant escort.
- Ensuring visitors comply with physical and biosecurity requirements at all times.

- Providing administrative support and help throughout the organization as needed to include:

- Prepare agendas for meetings; record, compile and distribute meeting minutes
- Assist with inventory record management
