Job Summary
Holistic Health Group Retail Packaging Assistant will perform the daily task of replenishing and packaging products based on inventory. They will ensure accuracy in weighing and packaging product using a variety of packaging materials based on sales orders. They will ensure all packages are labeled and identified correctly. In addition, the Packaging Assistant will maintain the physical organization of all products in a manner that will provide optimal efficiency and accountability within the dispensary.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Fulfillment experience preferred
- Prior experience handling inventory and fulfillment

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES
- Accurately weigh and package product using a variety of packaging materials based on sales orders.
- Ensure all packages are labeled and identified correctly; resolve and escalate any issues to management.
- Prepare all packing materials including, bags, containers, and labels.
- Maintain inventory logs ensuring record of inventory is accurate.
- Maintain an organized and clean working environment.
- Work in the facility where needed
Skills:
- Understanding of Metrc
- Ability to frequently lift and store product
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Excellent analytical skills are a must, including measuring and monitoring key performance metrics, maximizing efficiencies and customer service levels
- Ability to work independently with little or no direct supervision.
Education
- High school diploma/GED preferred.
Experience
- 1-3 years' experience working in a cannabis retail setting preferred
- 1 year of previous packaging and/or labeling experience preferred
- Must be 21 years of age minimum.
Working conditions
- Work is primarily performed in a production setting.
- Involves frequent contact with staff, vendors, and customers. Work may include working with occasional State inspectors.
Physical requirements
- Frequently operates Computer systems, software, and other standard office equipment such as printers, phones, and photocopy machines.
- Constantly moves and transports dispensary products/totes up to 30 lbs. throughout the dispensary.
- Ability to twist, turn, bend, stand and walk as required to perform the duties associated with functioning as a dispensary agent.

List of duties to include but aren't limited to the following
Pulling the trays off of the racks, and taking the molds off of the trays. Remove the gummies from the molds and sugarcoat them. Storing in big bins organized by flavor & batch
Package the product from bulk storage and putting them into bottles; 10 or 20 gummies to a bottle depending on flavor/dosage
Print labels with all required/compliant information for the batch bottles using information verification sheets
Labeling bulk containers of Robhots Gummies when they're in the locked "test" state. Label clear bins or black bins with proper batch ID and flavors
Run the labeling machine to complete the finished & compliant batch labels onto our bottles of gummies
Placing finished compliant & labeled bottles into corresponding finished & compliant boxes
Labeling the correct flavor/dosage boxes with the finished & compliant batch sticker
Placing the finished boxed & compliant Robhots Gummies into cases of 10 units and rubber banding together
Taking out the trash, cleaning under carts and equipment, wiping sugar/starch of counters and surfaces
Restocking toilet paper and paper towels
Cleaning up the front room and break room
Job Type: Full-time
