· Assisting in developing standard processes, reports and metrics; verifying and addressing compliance, participating in continuous improvement projects
· In partnership with marketing and brand, drive entire development process from concept to final sample approval
· Upon sample approval, placing orders with vendors and working with Sourcing Manager to determine/approve cost, quantity and arrival date
· Work closely cross functionally with finance, brand, production, marketing and sales
Successful Candidates will possess:
· Bachelor’s Degree in business, operations or management. Work experience considered in lieu of degree
· Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
· Strong project management skills
· A solid working knowledge of production/print and processes (die-lines, finishes, sizing, color)

Packaging Project Coordinator
As the Packaging Project Coordinator you are the front-line support for all new projects in Packaging & Distribution departments. This position will be to lead the department in the creation, implementation and sustainability of new processes. This will be done by working along-side Department supervisors and manager to allocate employee labor and assist in setting expectations. The Project Coordinator will also present and communicate to Plant and Corporate leadership status updates and final results via e-mail, verbal or Power-Point presentations. Works directly with front line teammates and leadership to ensure projects are within scope and budget to meet business needs. As the Project Coordinator, this position will be communicating directly with Directors and Vice Presidents on a weekly basis to provide updates on project statuses. This position will report directly to the Production Manager.

JOB SUMMARY*
The National Packaging Coordinator will be the single point of contact for ensuring that all packaging and labels are prepared compliantly and delivered in a timely manner to manufacturing facilities nationwide.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES *
- Develop, order and maintain compliant labels for all products nationwide
- Collaborate with marketing, manufacturing and supply chain teams
- Assist with development and sourcing of compliant packaging solutions
- Maintain a database of packaging compliance requirements for every state in which the company operates and serve as an expert resource on all
- Work with procurement director to ensure labels are available for new product or market launches
- Coordinate with local product teams and regulatory bodies to secure approval for labels & packaging as needed
- Maintain records of child resistance and other compliance certifications
QUALIFICATIONS *
- Extreme attention to detail and organization
- Skilled use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or other design tools
- 5+ years design and/or compliance experience; focus on consumer products and packaging is a plus
- MED Support Badge or relevant state licensure
- Passion for cannabis industry and understanding of key customer and market dynamics
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Excellent time management and communication skills
EDUCATION *
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience with cannabis compliance
