Position Summary:
Revolutionary Clinics' Kitchen Staff work as a team to?produce high quality Cannabis Edibles. The goal is to optimize kitchen and cooking procedures to successfully create consistent, safe, delicious, quality edibles.?Communication and computer skills, organization, attention to detail and time management are critical to the success of our Kitchen and to the continued success of Revolutionary Clinics.
Kitchen Staff are responsible for navigating day to day Kitchen operations producing products infused with Cannabis Oils and Isolates. This position will work closely with the Head of Kitchen Production to ensure workflow meets the necessary specifications and kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained regularly. Must be able to follow instructions and work safely in high traffic environments.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for department MIP production. Scheduling, planning, raw ingredients counts and needs for the production month.
- Responsible for review and accuracy of batch records; including – chain of custody, waste, formulation calculators.
- Responsible for internal audits and allergen testing.
- Oversee completion of pre-operations inspections and line change overs, including cleaning, sanitation verifications and record keeping.
- Responsible for dosing and batching according to production plans
- Foster an environment of problem solving through clear communication and creativity with internal and external departments.
- Identifies and addresses opportunities for continuous improvement in production.
- Participate and collaborate in weekly lead meetings, daily SQDEK meetings.
- The associate acts with integrity, plays with passion and demonstrates respect for others within the department and with external departments.
- Prepare and clean workspaces, equipment, and materials daily Maintain and sterilize all kitchen and kitchen equipment including 3rd party loaners
- Prepare samples to be sent to lab.
- Create and coordinate cleaning schedule for all Kitchen areas, and conduct audits to ensure compliance
- Log recipes, report daily production results.
- Help develop and execute the process of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Perform administrative tasks, such as documenting all machine maintenance, logging test results, labeling, auditing products and supplies.
- Package finished products.
- Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2-3 years prior professional kitchen experience
- Prior experience in a leadership or co-lead position
- Prior experience operating machinery in a kitchen environment
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Prior Cannabis industry experience
Required Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years or age or older
- Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs unassisted
- Must pass a comprehensive background check annually to ensure compliance within Cannabis Control Commission and Revolutionary Clinics set regulations
Environmental Factors:
Employees may be required to bend, squat, kneel, crouch, climb, crawl, complete repetitive hand movements, and/or walk intermittently throughout the day. Employees may also be exposed to company approved chemicals for sanitation and production purposes. Team members will also be exposed to cannabis and cannabis products while onsite.

About This Role
The Production Lead helps manage our production team. They are reliable, honest, hardworking, and take pride in the quality of their work. The Production Lead position will be responsible for managing the kitchen production team including but not limited to; crafting quality THC infused edibles, maintaining equipment, maintaining logs, packaging product, training staff, and adhering to all California State Regulations.
Basic Qualifications

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Employees must adhere to all operational standards and guidelines, including food quality and
