Consult with management on Employee relations issues and provide appropriate guidance to the team.
Health and Welfare benefits administration.
Oversee maintenance of employee files, update employee records and create employee badges.

Knox Horticulture is seeking someone with a passion for plants to join our team as a Young Plant Grower. This role is primarily responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of the cultural techniques we are using to grow our crops, making sure the details of the growing operation are not missed. ROLE SUMMARY
Packaging Associate responsibilities include operating equipment and performing tasks such as dispensing, labeling and packaging our finished product.
Hours:
Shift A: 7:00am - 1:00pm (Monday-Friday) May be required to work some weekends
or
Shift B: 1:30pm – 7:30PM (Monday-Friday) May be required to work some weekends
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Pack product on production lines in an organized manner.
· Control the quantity and type of product to be packed.
· Dispense accurate quantity of such product.
· Seal the product bottles or containers with its respective lid/top.
· Position vape cartridges correctly to avoid spills.
· Examine filled and closed products for potential leakages.
· Label all the containers, such as cartridges bottles or drops bottles, including boxes.
· Prepare storage trays, examine quantities and barcodes.
· Maintain accurate records and logs as required.
· Perform production reporting as required and enter information in the Biotrack system.
· Provide detailed information to adjust the quantity of batches and packaged product in the system.
· Print corresponding batch labels, add to the COA and production log.
· Participate in weekly inventory checks.
· Comply with all standard operating procedures and requirements.
· Performing assigned tasks to company standards including safety and GMP.
· Communicate workflow and subjects matters to necessary personnel.

ROLE SUMMARY
The Flower Processor is primarily responsible for but not limited reporting inventory and package flower. The Flower Processor will perform day-to-day assignments and tasks of the processing cycle. The ideal candidate will work closely with peers to ensure alignment on processing plans by means of effective planning and communication.

ROLE SUMMARY
The Propagation Technician helps coordinate the daily activities in our cultivation facility. The Propagation Technician efficiently and effectively cares and propagates the plants to ensure they are at optimum health to provide high quality product to our patients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· To determine the proper techniques, timings, required pre-treatments, appropriate growing media, container usage, and/or any other specialized requirements in preparation for propagation takes place in a timely and coordinated manner
· Conduct daily care and maintenance of plants from seed to harvest.
· The appropriate irrigation, weeding, fertilizing, pruning, sanitation, and pest control propagation stock.
· Proper spacing, air circulation, and sun/shade exposure is monitored and adjusted in a timely manner and is effective in maintaining plants in optimum health.
· Maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and sterility inside the production area and facility at all times, including routine cleaning and sterilization of equipment and infrastructure
· Monitor and Report Pest and disease to Plant Health Specialist.
· Use, maintain, and operate equipment in the facility.
· Learn and follow protocols for plant systems and lab support.
· Take instruction and assist with tasks delegated by the management team.
· Participate in harvest and processing if needed.

ROLE SUMMARY
The Cultivation Technician is responsible for contributing to all aspects of plant production including Clone, plant, fertilizer, data collection and routine plant maintenance tasks. The Cultivation Technician will maintain seamless environmental conditions for optimal plant growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Label plants, transplant, harvest through the plant life cycle
· Clone, plant, water, fertilize, and water plants, shrubs, and using hand tools and gardening tools.
· Trimming plants in the vegetative stage and creating clone
· Maintain plant health throughout the cultivation process
- Work with cultivation team to determine changes needed based on the nutritional and/or environmental needs of the crop.
- Daily monitoring of irrigation to ensure the plants are receiving adequate moisture and nutrition.
· Maintain accurate daily activity and operation logs as directed utilizing designated software
- Assist in production processes for designated stages of plant growth

ROLE SUMMARY
The Assistant Grower is responsible for the general maintenance of all crops and nursery grounds and supporting the Grower with daily operations. The Assistant Grower is a motivated, dependable, detail oriented, person, responsible for growing top quality plants in accordance with company policies and procedures, production parameters and product specifications.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responsible for learning the needs of each crop including watering, fertilizing, and spraying crops.
· Maintain plant health to meet the company’s greenhouse standards.
· Work independently and perform work in accordance with team and company goals.
· Monitor plant development to determine conditions such as leaf texture, bloom size, and the existence of disease or pests; removing substandard or diseased plants to maintain quality standards.
· Knowledge of Safety Data Sheets and OSHA policies and procedures.
· Scouting for insect, disease, and deficiencies.
· Gather required data and maintain accurate recordkeeping.
· Oversee the day by day growing aspects. Create a task list and execute them in timely manner.
· Maintain appropriate irrigation and fertilization frequency.
· Maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and sterility inside the production area, all staging areas and facility at all times, including routine cleaning and sterilization of equipment and infrastructure
· Take instruction and assist with tasks delegated by the management team.
· Participate in harvest and processing if needed.
· Use, maintain, and operate equipment in the facility.
· Ensure the daily compliance policies are followed, but not limited to compliance with the state, security protocols, access protocols and dress code.
· Frequently lifts, carries, or positions objects weighing up to 50 pounds
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
· 2 plus years as a Grower Assistant.
· Experience in the horticulture or agriculture industry
· Knowledge and enforcement of the company’s policies, procedures, and goals of the Grow department
· Understanding of applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations as they pertain to the Grow operation
· Passion for plant life and care.
· Ability to work both in a team and independently
· Capable of frequent and repetitive hand movements
· Ability to sit, stand for a long time, walk during the scheduled shift
· Must be able to do repetitive lifting of 50lbs.

ROLE SUMMARY
Quality Assurance Specialist will implementation, development, and enforcement of quality standards, policies, procedures and programs to ensure safe and compliant conditions for the manufacture, cultivation and packaging of cannabis and cannabis containing products. The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for assuring compliance with 3rd party requirements (including state and/or federal) and potential audit.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Ensure Quality Assurance regulatory compliance, Quality Control, internal and regulatory compliance and audits, and GAP identification.
· Adherence to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Good Production Practices (GPP) of the Licensed operations, and the drafting of all SOPs and their work instructions, and training staff in these for correct implementation in operations and regulatory compliance.
· Maintaining performance standards, procedures, and audit controls to meet state requirements and standard operating procedure and work instructions development and approval.
· Maintenance of GPPs as they pertain to premises, equipment and sanitation, complying with quality assurance policies.
· Oversee the effective sanitation program to ensure production, packaging, labeling and storage activities involving cannabis are conducted under sanitary conditions.
· Assist all plant quality related activities, providing support as the primary facility resource for problem identification, resolution, loss reporting and continuous improvement.
· Perform statistical analysis of data to ensure that all policies, trends, and specifications are maintained throughout stability studies.
· Responsible for all facility quality related Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting and performance. Establish and implement Process Indicators (PI) and metrics (process capability, control charts, measurement quality) for monitoring system effectiveness.
· Ensure all cannabis and cannabis containing products produced at the facility are properly tested in accordance with company procedures and guidelines, at appropriate frequencies, and meet specifications prior to release.
· Ensure testing data is appropriately documented and maintained.
· Assist in aligning the company all state, federal and 3rd party requirements.
· Collaboration with the Security Manager to ensure proper implementation of Building Security Measures pertaining to the operations and the handling of product.
· Conduct internal audits to ensure readiness and host audits from external auditors and regulatory personnel.
· Maintain finished product specifications and labels (nutritional, labeling, shelf life, etc.) and ensure compliance.
· Support applicable ISO 17025 (Testing and Calibration) directives. Ensure all equipment used is calibrated appropriately and
· anticipate maintenance when needed.
· Coordinate and generate End-To-End Annual Product Quality Review reports.
· Oversee recalls, complaint management, approval of product quality prior to approval for sale; product return management; sample retention; and reporting adverse reactions.
· Identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality, oversee new equipment implementation or modification and validation.
· Work with production team performing in product manufacturing processes validation for regulatory submissions, and preparation for regulatory inspections and commercial production.
· Staff training to ensure regulatory compliance with all aspects of the high standards of quality control.
· Assist with other production tasks as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor of Science degree or related field.
· Minimum four years of experience in a Quality Management/ Quality Control, supporting Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing or other regulated industry.
· GMP knowledge with a focus in operational excellence in GMPs, recalls, electronic and hard copy records in an operational environment.
· Experience in identifying GMP gaps with experience in writing SOPS, work instructions, identifying GAPs, and with regulatory compliance and internal and external audits experience.
· Exposure to and working knowledge of manual and computer-generated batch records and record keeping complying with state regulations.
· Experience in an ISO: 9001, ISO: 13485 or ISO: 17025 environments is an asset.
