OUTCOMES

Regulations drive the need for our services, but our unique capabilities allow us to add value to clients beyond environmental compliance.
Our Wilmington, NC facility is currently seeking a Full-Time Quality Control Associate (Data Reviewer) to join our team.
As a key member of the laboratory team, this role will be responsible for a full range of activities including:
- Review of customer data to ensure its accuracy and compliance with the requirements of the quality management system; the reference method and standard operating procedure; and the customers’ requirements
- Provide feedback and mentoring to laboratory staff on observed deficiencies in the data, documentation or adhering to procedural requirements
- Comparison of multiple data sets to identify trends
- Uploading data into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
- Utilizing LIMS to create sample and QC reports
- Verifying the accuracy of the reports
- Writing sample report narratives to describe the analysis and summarize any anomalies encountered while processing the samples
- Working collaboratively with team members to ensure final sample data meets all requirements
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

Coastal Hemp Company opened in June of 2019 and the response from the Wilmington community has been awesome. Role and Responsibilities
In general, the Hemp Sales Associate will interact directly with customers; talk about CBD and other hemp derived merchandise; obtain and enter customer information into the register; complete different types of register transactions; update store displays; check-in, label and re-stock merchandise; process & ship website orders; use of office applications (e.g., WORD, EXCEL, Powerpoint); and perform other store tasks as needed to maintain an attractive and clean store. The Hemp Sales Associate must also possess the following traits:

- Customer Focused: Ability to provide excellent customer service through product knowledge and service to drive sales and customer retention.
