Spa Manager
MISSION
The mission is to help grow the company by 150% in revenue by the end of 2023. You will be in charge of hiring estheticians to help reach this goal by holding the entire team accountable for hitting monthly sales goals and making sure service providers stay at an 80% booking rate.
OUTCOMES
Grow revenue from $300,000 to $750,000 by the end of 2023.
Hold monthly 1-1 meetings with each team member to go over their scorecard and address any concerns or arising issues.
Daily check-ins with the owner on any issues or concerns for the day.
Work with marketing contractors to schedule out and inform them of all new marketing plans and updates.
ACTIVITES
Open and close the spa daily
Sell products, services, or memberships
Coordinate esthetician’s schedules to maximize usage and efficiency
Execute promotional campaigns and advertising methods
Conduct hiring, firing, and onboarding of employees
Provide the disciplinary actions and performance reviews for employees
Monitor employees for correct work performance.
Weekly inventory of all retail products
Schedule guest appointments
Maintain client databases
Make necessary orders to make sure supplies are always stocked
Respond to customer inquiries
Monitor operations to ensure compliance with the health, safety, and hygiene standards of NC State Board
Run errands occasionally like to bank and post office
Must keep lobby, hallways and bathroom clean at all times

QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent required
Must have proven experience in managing or administration and in operating a business
Experience working with a Point-of-Sale system preferred
Previous experience working with high end clients is a plus
COMPENSATION
$16-20/hour
36-40 hours per week
