SunGrown is looking for a detail-oriented Director to lead our Logistics and Distribution Operations.
Responsibilities of the Director will include implementing and maintaining processes related to the distribution and logistics of all relationships entered into with SunGrown. The role will be responsible for the successful execution for people management, continuous improvement, daily facility management, and logistics of all distribution accounts for the company.
Create and Drive Business Value
- Lead the logistics and distribution operations

- Work closely with other team members to manage product supply and our supply chain to ensure timely delivery of products

Logistics and Distribution
- Proven track record and in depth understanding of logistics management
- Ensure team goals align with strategic direction & execute them on time
- Ensure proper allocation of labor between different logistics needs
- Actively recruit and retain top talent
- Train employees on best practices, inventory management, compliance, innovation, continuous improvement
- Maintain extensive supply chain relationships to ensure timely and efficient movement of wholesale products

- Identify and understand systems problems through regular and direct and indirect interaction with the systems users, employing feasibility studies and functionality analysis
- Ability to effectively communicate within all levels of the organization
Qualifications and Skills:
- Age 21 or over (Required)
- High School diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Distribution Management and/or Business Administration (Strongly Preferred)
- Advanced degree in technology-related discipline and Business Administration preferred
- Proven success and experience in logistics and distribution management
- Proven experience in successfully leading large teams executing on tight supply chain timelines
- Professional demeanor and ability to interact at executive level with persuasiveness and confidence
- In-depth understanding of compliance laws for the Florida cannabis industry
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and time management skills Physical Requirements:

SunGrown is looking for a detail-oriented Director to lead our Lab and Facility Operations.
Responsibilities of the Director will include implementing and maintaining processes related to the preparation of final form products, wholesale distillate, and management of SunGown’s primary facility in White Springs, FL. The role will be responsible for the successful execution for people management, continuous improvement, daily facility management, and process of all production.

Role Overview
Grassroots Cannabis is looking for a Trimmer who can become an integral part of our organization and grow with our company. The ideal candidate is proactive, innovative and passionate, able to beat deadlines and find answers when it appears there are none.
In this role you will work to efficiently trim cannabis plants, while creating minimal waste, resulting in a high-quality product that is complaint and ready for sale or processing. This person will be responsible for maintaining and following Grassroots Cannabis cultivation procedures.
Role Responsibilities:
- Hand trim flower from plants in a quick and efficient manner, while ensuring a quality product
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Sit for long periods of time while focusing on detail-oriented trimming, as well as post trim upkeep
- Track the amount of unusable waste for each plant/batch, in addition to usable by-products Demonstrate proficiency with weights, measurements, and math
- Assure daily compliance with Company policies including but not limited to: state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules
Operate with integrity and honesty - Operate safely around large machinery
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Role Requirements
- Experience with legal marijuana growing, cultivating, and trimming preferred
- Must have accuracy and consistency while trimming and weighing product.
- Familiarity with warehouse procedures
- Basic weights and measurement skills, ability to operate a scale
- Ability to stand on feet or sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to use repetitive use of hands, wrists and forearms
- Must have the ability to focus on a task for long periods of time
- High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- Must be 21 + years of age
- Must be able to obtain a state issued cultivation badge, which includes passing a background check with no felony convictions in your history
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Candidate must be a self-starter, flexible to work in a collaborative structure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
