About the Job:
The Packaging Associate will be responsible for safely and effectively preparing, filling, packaging and labeling our food safe medical cannabis oils, edibles, and liquids for ingestion, inhalation, solid dose and topical applications. This position will also be responsible for maintaining production and packaging equipment.
- Coordinate and manage daily lab tasks with Packaging Supervisor
- Properly set up and operate filling, edible and solid dose manufacturing, packaging, and labeling equipment
- Follow manufacturer’s instructions and Company SOPs to sanitize production area and equipment
- Maintain accurate documentation of all related data in tracking software
- Prepare plant material for extraction (packing material socks) and accurately documenting related data
- Efficiently fill, package, and label products in compliance with Holistic SOPs and all applicable manufacturing procedures
- Set up, break down, and sanitize packaging area as needed and in compliance with Company SOPs
- Assist with general laboratory tasks including, but not limited to, winterization, filtering, ethanol extraction and rotary evaporation
- Perform in-process and post-process sample acquisitions according to protocols or batch records
- Support new product lines and process development as needed
- Clean and sanitize packaging and laboratory areas and equipment
- Assist in monitoring and managing all related processing equipment supplies and inventory
- As needed, work in other areas of the facility including manufacturing, harvesting, and/or drying and weighing
- Ensure compliance and accuracy involving all product tracking, product security, and product movement procedures
- Participate in training future new team members as necessary

About the Job:
The Packaging Supervisor oversees the packaging of processed products in the lab and kitchen and is responsible for compliance and consistency as well as managing the Packaging Associates.
- Responsible for day to day operations and performance of the packaging function
- Maintains inventory levels and production standards

About the Job:
The Fulfillment Associate will support the accurate delivery of products labeled in accordance with regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Review sales orders with Fulfillment Manager on a daily and weekly basis
- Accurately and efficiently pulls physical product from vault space to build orders for delivery
- Ensures accurate and complete product labels are printed and affixed before product goes out for delivery
- Provides logistical support to multiple cannabis warehouse Grow + Production functions.
- Responsible for performing production duties and providing information, assistance, and troubleshooting to multiple managers in the facility
- Assist with internal inquiries from Retail and Sales
- Assists Fulfillment Supervisor and Manager with creating manifests with a focus on quality control to ensure the internal manifest created matches the external sales order received

The Kitchen Associate will weigh, label, and package edibles and concentrates produced at the facility. The Kitchen Associate will also ensure quality control by strictly following company SOPs. About the Job:
The Custodian ensures the cleanliness, habitability, and upkeep of the facility.
- Clean the Cultivation department's rooms, hallways, lobbies, corridors and other work areas throughout the facility.
- Sweep and mop the facility's floors.
- Cleaning gutters, rails, spigots & transfer air handling units weekly
- Mopping up puddles as generated by cultivation processes
- Empty, clean, and sanitize waste receptacles.
- Identify and report building maintenance.
- Keep front of building, dock area and rear of building swept and free of debris. Ensure grounds are kept clean.
- Assist in maintaining custodial closet; receive stock, organize and maintain supplies and equipment as necessary. Submit purchase requests as needed.
