A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CULTIVATION TECHNICIAN
As an entry-level cultivator, you serve as the backbone of our cannabis dispensary. Without you, there would be no plant product for our customers to purchase. You help with cloning, which includes cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, and feeding our products. In addition, you monitor the climate control of our facility and ensure that warm temperatures are constantly maintained. Using great care, you also conduct pest and disease control to make sure our plants are always in prime condition. You take additional measures to ensure the correct care is given to our plants during their vegetative and flowering phase. JOB SUMMARY
Inventory Managers are responsible for recording and ordering materials, products, and supplies. The Inventory Manager is responsible for site compliance, working with all departments to ensure the accurate and timely collection of data, and developing a working relationship with state inspectors. The Inventory Manager completes their duties in compliance with the company policy, laws and rules governed by the State. This position reports directly to the Director of Operations.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES
- Examine the levels of raw materials and supplies to determine shortages
- Document daily shipments and deliveries to replenish inventory
- Create detailed reports for adjustments, inventory operations and stock levels
- Evaluating new inventory ensuring it's ready to ship
- Properly order new supplies avoiding excessive surplus or inefficiencies
- Analyze various supplies to ensure the company is receiving the best cost-effective deals
- Hire and train new employees
- Work directly with state inspections to ensure site compliance
- Walk through with any state inspector that may come onsite, and document the visit on the deviation log and external agency report
- Collect, organize and file required state documents
- Oversee all Metrc processes/data entry and train employees on correct use of Metrc
- Work with all department managers to implement data tracking through Metrc, ensuring they are collecting all data required
- Complete weekly state inventory and send to state inspectors
- Complete product registrations and send to the state for approval
- Implement /revise data collection tools to maximize efficiency and accuracy
- Work with Cultivation Inventory Specialist to ensure weekly counts are complete and accurate
- Work with all departments to ensure waste protocol is followed, and accurately documented
- Assist Cultivation Inventory Specialist with counts/scanning as necessary
- Troubleshoot any issues brought up about inventory or compliance
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- 2-3 years' experience in Metrc preferred
- Associates degree preferred
- 1 year of experience in shipping and receiving required in commercial cannabis
- MS Excel experience is required
- Display accountability, proactive behavior
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure
- Well organized and ability to keep deadlines
- Works well with all peers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment
- Full knowledge of all applicable law, regulations, and requirements to keep the facility at 100% compliance at all times, this includes being up to date on any changes to current applicable laws/regulations

JOB SUMMARY
The Security Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the security staff in a building or within a designated area. Their responsibilities focus on devising strategies, appointing personnel, and implementing protocols that would ensure the safety of an establishment, goods, and the people inside. Furthermore, they must make sure that all security devices and equipment are working correctly, create and manage schedules, monitor, and evaluate every security personnel's performance, and maintain a safe environment for everyone.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES
- Oversee, and ensure adherence to security policies, procedures, and best practices for the cultivation facility
- Communicates respectfully with all staff including leadership
- Manage all security-related operations, staffing, and equipment
- Ensure all security equipment and system are operated and maintenance for compliance with the security plan and all applicable laws and regulations
- Administer access control program
- Compile security reports as required
- Utilize all security systems to discover and deter security breaches and compliance issues
- Monitor internal, perimeter, egress, and all access points regularly
- Authorize entrance of people and vehicles
- Monitor surveillance cameras
- Respond to alarms in a timely and effective manner
- Train all cultivation personnel according to established security procedures

JOB SUMMARY
The Facilities Supervisor coordinates the installation, maintenance, and repair work in the facility. They manage a team of workers, regularly inspect sites, execute work as necessary, maintain equipment and assign workers to various projects. This role possesses a high attention to detail, a strong technical aptitude, and the ability to proactively seek out and develop creative solutions to challenges as they arise. This Position reports to the Facilities Manager.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES
- Performs assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency, and preventive maintenance. Completes maintenance and repairs, records as required.
- Reviews assigned work orders. Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair.
- Responsible for preventative maintenance and corrective repair of HVAC roof top units (RTU's).
- Oversees and inspects the work performed by outside contractors
- Responds quickly to emergency situations
- Maintain adequate knowledge of and comply with OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times
- Performs all duties in a safe manner, following Company work rules and policies
- Performs cleaning duties as assigned with an eye towards maintaining a sanitary environment
- Assist in construction, preventative, routine, and breakdown maintenance and repairs on all equipment in the facility
- Complete work orders as assigned
- Will develop a high level of knowledge concerning the areas of the facility
- Perform other maintenance duties as requested
- Help create a positive environment by having a positive attitude and by being self-motivated
- Research, evaluate and adapt to new methods, in order to meet or exceed goals, and or modify their technique/procedures based on all applicable laws
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Vocational schooling, military training, certification and/or experience in HVAC required
- Climbing, reading, standing, walking, and routinely lifting 25lbs - 50lbs
- Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adapt
- 5-7 years of experience working with commercial HVAC units
- Must possess applicable certifications and license's
- Highly knowledgeable with hand and power tools
- Highly motivated, self-directed, innovative, and able to work independently or among teams with keen judgement, common sense, and resourcefulness
- Adapts and thrives in a demanding, start-up, fast-paced environment
- Must understand and comply with the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the company
- Must pass any and all required pre-employment screenings
- Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
- Must be approved by state regulating agency to receive cannabis agent badge
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to perform grasping, talking, hearing, climbing, reaching, squatting, kneeling, crawling, seeing and repetitive motions
