JOB SUMMARY
The Director of Operations assesses the needs of the company and finds ways to contribute to the big picture by ensuring daily operations run smoothly and as efficiently as possible. This role will manage Dry, Cure, Trim, Lab, Kitchen, Packaging, Fulfillment, Materials, and Transport. Must be very knowledgeable of cannabis and cannabis production. Must also stay abreast of industry innovation and determine how to implement such technologies into our operations. The Director must have intimate knowledge of laws related to state regulations. The Dir of Ops must coordinate directly with grow, maintenance, sales, and compliance managers. This position will maintain working relationships with business-to-business partners to ensure there is open communication and maintain a great working partnership. This position reports to the SR. Vice President of Operations.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES
- Must be able to manage up to 100+ employees, from entry level to supervisory.
- Direct and manage on site departments and department managers
- Implement KPIs and objectives and review progress throughout the year with management
- Analyze and interpret data to optimize production efforts
- Coordinate and maintain communication between departments for compliance, sales, dry, cure, lab, packaging, shipping, materials, and maintenance.

The Cultivation Supervisor is responsible for supervising the day-to-day of a specific stage of cannabis cultivation work in accordance with standards set by the company. - Oversee proper techniques related to cultivation, including but not limited to transplanting, pruning, defoliating, watering, and feeding.
- Assist with and delegate tasks to cultivation associates to maintain a compliant and clean cultivation facility.
- Oversee daily cultivation tasks and processes.
- Ensure proper documentation of all applicable activities in accordance with company standards.

The Director of Construction (East Region) will oversee a complex portfolio of multiple, highly complex and fasted-paced mid-to-large-size projects with project scope ranges from $5,000,000 to $30,000,000 or more. Primary Responsibilities:
- Clearly define and manage the overall structure, team and processes needed to successfully execute the annual capital cycle and capital program and assure all enterprise objectives are met
- Responsible for the initiation, planning, organization, implementation, administration, and completion of retail, cultivation, and/or manufacturing construction projects including the main functional areas which include Master Planning, Facilities Planning, Design and Construction Project Management

JOB SUMMARY
The Post-Harvest Associate will be responsible for preparing and processing harvests for flower sales and oil extraction. The Post-Harvest Associate will also be responsible for equipment sanitization and sterilization as well as maintaining facilities cleanliness.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES
- Manicuring cannabis in preparation for packaging Accurately weigh and record post-harvest material sand cannabis products
- Follow Standard Operating procedures for debucking, trimming, grinding, drying, and curing cannabis harvests in preparation for oil extraction and/or flower sales
- Maintain a neat and organized work area allowing for the proper segregation of materials and processes
- Precise hand trimming will be required for flower sales
- Responsible for facility and equipment cleaning in a clean room manufacturing environment to maintain required standards
- Responsible for organizing work areas and performing daily tasks such as washing and sanitizing equipment and racking systems Responsible for weighing, filling, and packaging work related to flower products using aseptic technic so that no contamination is introduced into the process or material
- Sanitization and sterilization of post-harvest processing equipment such as stainless-steel racks and shelves
- Routine and real time visual quality inspection of cannabis products for correct product consistency while trimming
- Accurately weigh/count and record cannabis products
- Comply with all applicable government regulations and Company policies and procedures, including sanitation, security, workplace safety, and confidentiality, among others
- Participate in upfront and ongoing training to master skills needed to complete relevant tasks
- Identify and communicate issues and assist in troubleshooting, identifying potential solutions, and in implementing and monitoring corrective actions
- Help prepare for audits and assist state and local governmental auditors and law enforcement with their audits as needed
- Track data to comply with applicable rules and to support management decision-making
- Contribute ideas to help improve Company?s choices for ingredients, equipment and methodologies, policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials
- Strict adherence to procedures and practices according to internal SOP and state regulation
