Looking for a delivery driver/bud tender/garden helper for a small fast paced growing cannabis company in southern maine. Hours are 1pm - 7pm on Tuesdays with the possibility of adding more hours eventually

We have a caregiver storefront in need of a manager. This is a small, self-contained storefront and the manager will be mostly managing themselves, but another employee may be added in the summer months. PRIMARY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Structurally, the Production Lead - Maine reports to the Head of Facilities and Production - Novel Beverage. They will work with the General Manager and Head of Fulfillment to understand what is needed in saleable goods inventories across all SKUs for the forecasted periods. They will develop a production sequence that meets these goals. They will directly ensure that we are properly staffed and supplied for the timely implementation of the plan measured against the Key Performance Indicators.
Characteristically, this person is the embodiment of the Safety > Quality > Efficiency mindset in the manufacturing process who has an internal drive for excellence in the details. They derive personal satisfaction from ensuring that our products meet our co-packing client’s specifications and exceed the end consumer’s expectations. They can quickly and comfortably switch between operating and troubleshooting equipment into management tasks. Their primary gear is can-do and know how to remain positive through production challenges and rapidly shifting priorities.
Strategically, this person sees the opportunity in setting the standards for a new segment of the beverage industry and has the interest and aptitude to help develop them. PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to drive to and from various job sites as needed.
- Ability to withstand regular physical contact with dog and cat hair, mold, dust, mildew and cleaning solutions.
- Ability to lift and carry 20 pounds of equipment in and out of an average of 4 homes a day, but as many as 6 homes a day. This may include climbing stairs while carrying equipment. Ability to load and unload equipment from cars.
- Ability to perform wet-work on the knees 60% of working time to clean kitchen and bathroom floors, showers and tubs; wipe countertops at waist height 20% of the time; bend for toilets and finishing showers and tubs at knee height 10% of the time; and reach shoulder height or above 10% of the time to finish the rooms.
- Perform dry-work with the ability to reach, pull, and stoop to make beds 5% of the time; reach, lift and pull to operate a vacuum cleaner that weighs up to 12 pounds 60% of the time; carry and operate a portable vacuum that weighs 6 pounds (and can be strapped diagonally across the shoulder) 15% of the time; dust furniture from floor to overhead 20% of the time. Dusting will involve bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and moving small furniture.

The Role:
We’re searching for an Applications Manager responsible for our enterprise applications and order management (retail, ecommerce, direct sales, etc.) and inventory applications. This individual will partner with the Retail and internal IT organizations to define, document, implement and govern IT processes and enterprise applications that align with both our overall Retail and IT strategies and objectives. The Manager will be responsible for ensuring our various third party suite of retail applications work together efficiently and deliver on new capabilities and enhancements for GTI’s omni-channel initiatives. They will be accountable for the success of their projects to include business acceptance, quality, and completeness.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technical solutions and processes related to Green Thumb’s applications strategy in our enterprise software development, 3rd party applications, and vendor management / systems integration.
- Oversee the service delivery and operations for deployment, updates, and rollouts of all enterprise applications that directly impact store business operations, including:
- POS
- Seed2Sale
- Camera Software (End-user Support)
- Access control software (End-user Support)
- All other retail operations applications and software
- Develop and maintain our internal knowledge base system and Green Thumb helpdesk support teams and processes
- Act as the main point of contact for the business on vendor upgrades or updates and its impact to the business and to underlying code
- Strategize with key business partners to ensure configuration, access, and overall system health is operating accordingly and report on notable health, events, and KPIs of the applications
- Participate in the RFP process for applications and act as the technical SME for the IT team on vendor selection and relationship
- Manage 3rd party software vendor relationships and be first line contact with key business partners when enterprise system are nonoperational
- Look for opportunities to help the business improve quality of experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business Management and/or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in a relevant role as the main point of contact for enterprise / retail IT applications; retail industry preferred
- 5+ years of experience in hands on enterprise software development and IT positions
- Past experience working with order and inventory management systems in retail environment is a HUGE plus
- Proven ability to maintain, govern, and enforce enterprise IT standards, procedures and compliance across multiple independent and concurrent regional teams
- Ability to build and maintain effective partnerships with senior business leaders
- Strong knowledge and application of the full SDLC processes and methodologies
- Ability to build and maintain effective partnerships, and to manage multiple projects in parallel
- Successful delivery of Enterprise software implementations as an individual and team leader in an international environment
