Oversight of website updates and menu board updates.

Tracking of supplies and reporting needs to the Clinic Manager.
Document Control
Professional communication(written and verbal) with all levels of the organization.
Controls all patient documentation, including maintenance of forms and information storage.
Accurately completes incident reports and all other requested reports, as necessary.
Witnesses the documentation of personnel concerns/achievements as necessary.
Functions as Manager on Duty (as necessary):

We are looking for full-time or part-time, hard-working, and team oriented individuals to join our team! We want outgoing and passionate Budtenders who are looking for long-term employment. Our Budtenders will assist with the activities and operations of the store, while abiding by policies, procedures and operational guidelines.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our Budtenders are responsible for helping customers, cash handling and customer service. You must possess the ability to listen well and communicate effectively with various individuals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for sales and customer experience by maintaining a tidy, safe, and inviting store environment
- Ensure the sales floor is properly stocked and the presence of the store is well maintained
- Promote a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established policies and procedures
- Responsible for product knowledge
- Answering the phone and greeting walk-in customers
- Accurately use and maintain the Point Of Sale (POS) system
- Correct cash handling and inventory
- Accurate and timely data entry of patient profiles
- Verifying proper paperwork, documentation and ID for customers
- Store organization and cleanliness
SKILLS and/or ABILITIES:
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Desire to learn about our products
- Knowledge of basic computer skills, Point of Sale software and cash management is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and a team-player mentality
- Fun attitude and strong work ethic
- Must be able to accommodate scheduling expectations including weekend, evening, and holiday shifts
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 year customer service experience preferred
- 1 year cash handling experience preferred
- 21 years of age
- Must be on time and ready to work when scheduled
- Must be able to pass a state background check and complete HIPAA test
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or equivalent minimum
- Previous food service or retail experience preferred
REQUIREMENTS:
- Reliable Transportation
- 21 years of age
- Cannabis knowledge is preferred
- Must be able to stand 8-10 hours a day
