Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Job Summary

- Is accountable for accurately utilizing the Company's Point of Sale system.
- Communicates with the patient coordinator to maintain patient traffic flow and maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Responds to in-person patient requests, compliments, and resolves simple complaints, through e-mail, or by the phone requesting supervisor support as needed.
- Maintains organization of dispensary and through daily upkeep and light cleaning.
- Maintains quality and appearance of the product by removing shake and stems, while checking for mold, mildew, expiration or sell-by dates, or defective products, and keeping samples clean and in order.
- Maintains knowledge of all medical Cannabis, and related products and services offered, as well as applicable state and local laws and regulations and industry news.
- Educates patients and DPD's on medicating options and methods, strain information, medicine effectiveness for specific ailments, and cultivation methods.
- Provides education materials and resources for patients and DPCs as needed.
- Records specific request, preferences, and notifications for patients and DPCs using the internal Electronic Verification System ("EVS") and ICS and follow up as needed.
- Maintains awareness of patient input and suggested changes to improve service or product, invites clients to use the suggestion box in the waiting room.
- Discusses inventory levels with patient coordinator and Manager or Assistant Manager to maintain accurate online menus and update menus and checklist as needed.
- Coordinates supply orders with the dispensary manager as needed.
- Other responsibilities and duties assigned by the Manager or Assistant Manager.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of retail or customer service experience required.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Knowledge of medical Cannabis policy and law preferred.
- Must be able to ensure accurate data-entry and record keeping.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
- Proficiency in Windows-based and other software and Internet navigation.
- Point of Sale software and cash handling experience is a plus.

Job Summary
- The IT Technician will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks related to IT. The IT Technician will provide quality technical support to all departments and locations across the organization, ensuring all cases are addressed in a timely manner. Duties and Responsibilities
- Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user hardware, network infrastructure, printing/scanning devices, software, and other products.
- Maintain, troubleshoot and improve Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, and O365 environments.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues providing accurate and detailed documentation.
- Provide both in-person and remote technical support to dispensaries and production facilities, visiting each location in person at least once per week.
- Provide on-call technical support along with scheduled after-hours maintenance activities such as patching, updates, rollouts, etc.
- Monitor sites and resources and act on alarms in an efficient manner.

ROLE SUMMARY
The Dispensary Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a Fluent dispensary in accordance with the Office of Medical Marijuana in the state of Florida and standards set by Fluent. Further, the General Manger is responsible for measuring sales and sales improvement of the team and individual Curators. This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining patient services, oversees and is accountable for the operation of a store ensuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandise, inventory, expense control, collaborating with human resources and managing operating costs. The Dispensary Manager provides support for all store employees, including schedules, training, policy and procedure updates, industry news, and product information. The Dispensary Manager maintains highest level of presentation, customer service, and compassion to all patients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Ensure that each patient receives outstanding guest service by providing a guest friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every guest, maintaining outstanding standards, providing, solid product knowledge and all other components of exemplary guest service.
· Analyze and measure sales trends; develop and implement plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed goals and objectives in the team and each individual member of the team.
· Train, supervise and evaluate all departmental employees to assure compliance with departmental SOP's
· Engage and inspire store teams to achieve maximum performance by modeling behavior that fosters a sense of energy, ownership, teamwork, and personal commitment.
· Ensure departmental compliance with the Medical Use of Marijuana Program and HIPPA regulations including but not limited to confidentiality, training, patient record keeping, creation, review and submission of reports, preparation of policies and procedures.
· Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures through regular store management and staff meetings, store walk-through monthly one on one meetings with team members and audits.
· Performing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reviews accompanied by written plans for improvement, as applicable.
· Conduct and oversee audits.
· Ensure proper management of pre-packaged inventory and inventory movement between the vault and dispensing stations.
· Ensures a clean and organized dispensary for our patients.
· Contributes to a positive and inclusive work environment.
· Overseeing and ensure cash management procedures are being followed including, transacting, opening, closing, depositing, reporting, maintaining and reconciling cash with Bio Track.
· Engage with managers in all departments to ensure smooth running of the dispensary including, delivery, cultivation, and security.
· Stays informed and knowledgeable about state and local laws, regulations, and industry news.
· Continually evaluate and react to performance issues and actively recruit candidates.
· Provides leadership for problem resolution to facilitate faster improvements and improved working relations
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
· Previous experience with sales
· Excellent customer service skills
· 3+ years of Managerial skills.
· Leadership ability with at least five years of experience in a retail store setting or at least five years of experience in customer-facing sales in a business solutions environment.
· Leadership and organizational abilities
· Ability to manage a team of staff members during normal business hours in a fast-paced environment.
· Sale Skills
· Strong people and presentation skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Flexible working hours based on business needs and shifts 10 hours shifts.

ROLE SUMMARY
As a Curator, you are a salesperson and will be the first point of contact for our customers when they enter the store, you will help to create the energy and excitement around Fluent products, providing the right solutions and providing the knowledge needed for patients to safely use our products. You understand that the Fluent dispensary is dedicated to delivering a customer experience that’s unlike any other. It starts with you reviewing a doctors’ recommendation and with the support of your store team members, you match those needs with the right products that meet those needs. You will sell effectively, and every day is an opportunity for you to turn another Fluent visitor into a loyal Fluent customer.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provide exceptional customer service while meeting and/or exceed sales goals.
· Increase dispensary, team and personal sales over a given continuum.
· Ability to deliver great customer experiences in any environment and to be invigorated by constant personal interaction
· Use available resources efficiently to assess the customer’s health conditions and needs
· Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate supervisor.
· Assist on deliveries as a Health Educator
· Conduct inventory count and sales reports.
· Record details of each customer interaction and any actions taken
· Follow up on all customer issues requiring additional research
· Maintain adequate knowledge of the product guide and fully understand the benefits of Medical Cannabis
· Communicate with Director of Retail Operations, General Manager and/or Customer Service Manager regarding status of issues, as applicable.

We are a Florida-wide medical practice pioneering the medical cannabis industry and have the opportunity to add an additional physician to our team.The physician is responsible for providing recommendations for our patients and works in collaboration with our practice administrator and providers. Our practice is 100% outpatient medicine and we see patients Mon-Fri. This is a position with no need to provide your own staff, procedures, overhead or scheduling issues.
The new provider will be joining our team of fifteen physicians. We have a unique mix of seasoned physicians who have practiced in the area for over 15+ years and new team members who have recently joined our group. Weekly schedule is flexible with full time and part time schedule available.
