The distribution Manager will oversee and be responsible for the overall operations of the sales and be the last defense for quality control. The Manager will maintain the organization, cleanliness and efficiency of the distribution area. The Manager maintains quality control measures to ensure high quality product and carries out day-to-day tasks including: shipping, sales calls, managing pick and pack, quality control of bulk products, transfers in and out of production. The Manager must monitor and maintain the distribution facility in accordance with the commonwealth and standards set by Good Manufacture Practices and ISO9001:2015. Your primary goal is to ensure our shipping department maintains orders getting out in a time frame set by our ISO 9001. Your top priority is quality controls and sales driven actions. CORE JOB DUTIES
- Sales and marketing to our network of stores, vending machines, and bulk purchases
- Receive and maintain documentation of purchases
- Maintain inventory accuracy
- Order supplies/inventory based off par levels
- Maintain quality control and BMR reporting
- Maintain relationships with customers
- Weekly check ins with our stores
- Monthly check ins with our bulk buyers
- Send out customer reviews quarterly
- Establish and maintain market data for finished good products
- Oversee the marketing of products and stores
- Create excitement with sales teams and promote new deals
- Maintain order integrity for our websites
- Work with production manager to maintain par levels
- Print labels when needed
- Coordinate with purchasing manager on supplies
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Proficient in MS Office
- Highly Proficient in MS Excel
- Detail-oriented
- Experience in data entry, data management ideal
- Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical and product-related information in a professional consultative manner
- Strong business acumen including excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills
- Must maintain a high level of integrity, personal motivation, and sense of urgency
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient with MS Office in a windows environment and familiar with sales tracking and reporting software (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint).
- Adobe illustrator & InDesign basics
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 21 years of age to apply

Job Description
Working with the growing, care, and maintenance of the company’s horticultural products that are produced for wholesale or retail sales. Monitors crop development and trials. Maintains records of growing techniques and production to be used for review to identify trends and to forecast future space needs.
Role and Responsibilities
Monitor short cuts in Priva to ensure greenhouse is at optimal conditions
Follow directions of head grower in determining appropriate irrigation schedule, and fertilizer application
Experiment with alternative growing techniques to increase productive yield
Determines fertilizer and water adjustments as necessary
Manage plant quality during time on pond controlling size and quality to meet customer requirements
Leverage expertise to make decisions about variety selection and space utilization and planting schedule
Prepare regular crop forecasts for packhouse and sales teams
Required to regularly work weekends and holidays for emergency and alarm coverage to maintain crop at all times
Maintain accurate records and ensure all duties are properly complete to keep crop at optimal levels
Employee shall also perform such other duties as are customarily performed by other persons in similar such positions, as well as such other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Company

This position assists the head grower to manage all horticulture functions involving variety selection, planting, forecast, yield, and production management of the greenhouse crops. The Assistant Grower is also responsible for assisting in production matters involving the crop growth, fertilizer applications and pond logistics. The Assistant Grower is able to work with Priva and can apply scientific techniques to assist in improving the condition and productivity of existing plants.
