JOB SUMMARY
The Inventory Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall inventory logistics to support the supply chain of all cannabis goods for Flower & Soul. This position will lead all inventory functions and be responsible for providing strategic input and hands-on management. Key responsibilities include managing all tasks related to ordering, receiving, stocking, distributing, and reporting recreational cannabis products. Manage seed to sale tracking. Manage product returns when applicable. The order Fulfillment specialist will be responsible for overseeing the overall inventory logistics to support the supply chain of all cannabis goods for Flower & Soul

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory/supply chain management.
- Experience working in the cannabis industry highly desirable.
- Experience with METRC highly desirable.
- Experience working in services or pharmaceutical experience highly desirable.
- Action-oriented and solution driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in retail & customer service experience highly desirable.
- Must be authorized to live and work in the U.S.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
Must speak/read/write English proficiently

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
