The Budtender is a critical component of Flower & Soul to ensure smooth and successful service of our customers. Budtenders are salespeople with retail experience and product knowledge who make sure every customer is given the time and attention needed to select the proper cannabis products to ensure a great experience.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Serving every customer with top notch customer service and product knowledge.
- Making eye contact, smiling and promptly greeting all customers and welcoming them to Flower & Soul
- Determining each customer’s need and answers questions concerning strains and products. If necessary, partners with managers to ensure the customer’s experience is met.
- Recommending additional and complementary products and/or strains based on the information provided by the customer or item already selected for purchase.
- Helping to eliminate and/or reduce potential theft of product by attention to detail.
- Ensuring that the correct price, product, tax and/or discounts are applied correctly to each sale.
- Taking initiative to stay informed on new or existing products and is knowledgeable about their ingredients and potential benefits to better serve customers.
- Identifying and converts on upselling opportunities.
- Assisting in the packaging and labeling of cannabis products.
- Other tasks as assigned by Management.
Job Requirements & Preferences:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- 1 year of experience in retail, restaurant or service-related environments. Cannabis preferred.
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license or identification and have reliable transportation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic math and computer skills including Microsoft office and Google Docs.
- Open availability including nights, weekends and some holidays
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast paced, high transaction volume, team environment.
- Poses good organizational and decision-making skills.
- Analytical, detail oriented and proactive.
- Desire to improve skill set and willingness to learn and take feedback and coaching.
- Continuous mobility through the dispensary daily including but not limited to standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching throughout the shift. Ability to lift 50 pounds.

JOB SUMMARY
The Inventory Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall inventory logistics to support the supply chain of all cannabis goods for Flower & Soul. This position will lead all inventory functions and be responsible for providing strategic input and hands-on management. Key responsibilities include managing all tasks related to ordering, receiving, stocking, distributing, and reporting recreational cannabis products. Report all necessary inventory and product information in compliance with state laws and regulations. Control inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of products. Comply with all documented security procedures to safeguard inventory. Source suppliers and manage vendor relationships. Perform regular inventory audits and reconcile inventory information. Manage seed to sale tracking. Manage product returns when applicable. JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operations:
- Assess and support inventory strategies.
- Manages cycle count programs to maintain inventory balance.
- Provides daily inventory count audit reports to the Dispensary and weekly inventory audit reports to our leadership team. Provides end of month and end of year inventory audits.
- Analyzes and monitors inventory adjustments and chain of custody of cannabis within our location.
- Effectively queries inventory and all order-related transaction history.
- Source suppliers and manage vendor relationships.
- Ensures proper classification and storage of inventory.
- Remain current with industry best practices, trends, and technologies.
- Improve the business processes for all key aspects of operations through analysis and collaboration with internal team members and vendor partners.
- Oversee inventory budgets and fulfillment.
- Interface with Licensing and Compliance Representative as needed to support compliance with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety, rules, and regulations.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of Point of Sale and state required reporting system METRC to monitor inventory movement and support the company’s inventory management.
- Develop and report Key Performance Indicators including forecast accuracy, inventory levels, inventory reserve, months of supply and consumer delivery performance.
- Maintain records and check accuracy of inventory cycle counts and investigate and resolve any discrepancies, informing management of findings.
- Maintain a positive work environment conducive to trust and respect.
- Use discretion with sensitive and confidential security and business information.
Training:
· Responsible for management and training of employees for production related responsibilities.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow.

- Experience with METRC highly desirable.
- Experience with POS Flow Hub highly desirable.
- Experience working in services or pharmaceutical experience highly desirable.
- Action-oriented and solution driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in retail and customer service experience highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in professional and life experience.
- Must be authorized to live and work in the U.S.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

The Fulfillment Associate will rotate between fulfillment and guest check-in/security.
The order Fulfillment specialist will be responsible for overseeing the overall inventory logistics to support the supply chain of all cannabis goods for Flower & Soul

· Print labels for items on orders.
· Pull sales orders and prepare them for delivery; label in accordance with CCC rules and regulations.
· Manage time efficiently in order to meet goals while consistently producing quality work.
· Clean up all work areas and equipment at the end of every day.

· Effectively queries inventory and all order-related transaction history.
