The Reefer Gladness Brand Ambassador plays a key role in representing the brand positively at all related events. Requirements

ROLE:
Nature’s Kitchens is a dedicated commercial manufacturing kitchen located in Fountain Hills, AZ producing medicated edibles and retail products for Nature’s Medicine Dispensary’s throughout Arizona. Join our team and experience the opportunity to grow with us as we continue to expand operations!
Primary Responsibilities/Qualities:
- Must have commercial baking experience
- Reports to the Production Manager
· Fast learner, able to multitask and can meet a fast-paced, high volume production demand
· Possess basic math skills to follow, scale and understand recipes
- Able to operate baking machinery (commercial ovens, mixers, scales and packaging equipment, etc.)
- Able to stand /sit for up to 10 hours
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Load and unload cool and hot pans - up to above shoulder height and down to below knee
- Dishwashing
- Labeling, Packing & Shipping products
- Assist with other positions as assigned by supervisor / manager
- Actively upholds company core values and is a team player.
- Maintains quality and quantity controls.
· Maintains standards of sanitation, kitchen hygiene, and food service techniques and safety.
· Follows proper health department rules & regulations, HACCP, sanitation and safety procedures.
- Operates and oversees use of equipment and kitchen appliances. Contacts management for repair service on equipment or kitchen maintenance.
- Assists in coordinating, planning, and purchasing for the kitchen operations with Production Manager
- Records production, regulatory and operational data accurately follow SOPs, formulas and guidelines and all gathers necessary supplies to provide consistency and quality.
