The employee will be responsible for:
- Executing security services as they are outlined in the post order manual and accompanying policy and procedural guidelines as directed by P4.

- Following all company procedures and policies, maintaining acceptable attendance, and adhering to all customer service standards.
- Participating in all mandatory company and site orientation and training programs.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be 21 years or older- Security or customer service experience is preferred.
- Ability to write effective, concise, and legible reports.
- Ability to track and maintain schedule assignments.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Successfully obtain a PERC (Permanent Employee Registration Card), which can be obtained post-hire.

JOB SUMMARY
The Dispensary Associate is responsible for guiding customers through the cannabis purchasing experience, making informed recommendations based on customer's desired outcomes, provide informed and accurate descriptions of our products, and operate with a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Position Overview:
We are seeking passionate Cannabis Dispensing Agents who are looking for career growth, along with a great environment. Our Cannabis Dispensing Agents are responsible for assisting and educating patients / consumers, checking them out, cash handling, customer service, and maintaining our quality inventory for compliance and organization. Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Legal and Compliance Team in support of Company leadership team and to ensure compliance objectives are met.
- Provide compliance and administrative support with minimal supervision, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and handling various compliance and legal tasks with strong attention to detail.
- Coordinate internal information gathering and responses related to compliance matters.

Job Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 2 years experience in role involving legal research, regulatory compliance, or administrative support in manufacturing, healthcare, pharmacy, insurance, cannabis, or other highly regulated industry. Will consider equivalent experience in another industry or with a regulatory agency.
