Reporting to VP, Operations, the Director of Marketing is responsible for drafting and implementing branding, marketing, and new product development initiatives at Pure Oasis. RESPONSIBILTIES

- Plan and implement Pure Oasis marketing initiatives, strain releases, and consumer engagement events calendar in coordination with Wholesale Manager and other relevant stakeholders.
- Work with Director of Operations and Wholesale Manager and key Pure Oasis stakeholders to share, implement, and refine best practices related to marketing and sales initiatives of Pure Oasis brands on an ongoing basis.
- Develop and manage marketing initiatives and prioritization strategies based on overall brand messages, company goals, and geographic targets
- Work with the Wholesale Manager to execute direct-to-consumer engagement communications, consumer and business-to-business (B2B) marketing, and overall marketing efforts
- Coordinate with Director of Operations and Wholesale Manager and production stakeholders to maximize Pure Oasis exposure and participation in relevant industry-wide events
- Manage budgets, reporting, and KPI metrics for marketing activities
- Oversee all high-level partner relationships with advocacy groups, cannabis listing sites, business collaborators, etc.
- Provide competitive analysis (potential sales, pricing, gap analysis), market research and trends, and comparison of product mix with key competitors
- Create and implement effective customer engagement tactics
- Lead a cross-functional brand development process centered around innovative and culturally relevant messaging geared toward brand integrity and customer sensibilities
- Develop strategy to measure and analyze marketing impact, and the profitability/ROI of marketing expenditures
- Work with Director of Operations and Wholesale Manager in creation of marketing and sales content assets for Pure Oasis brands
- Oversee the execution of content and social media strategy to boost customer engagement and brand awareness through cultivation of both internal and external assets and resources
- Work with Director of Operations and Wholesale Manager to develop and execute ongoing marketing initiatives to promote consumer engagement

QUALITIFCATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or another relevant field, preferred but not required
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing, growth marketing, retail/wholesale sales, and new product development in a regulated cannabis market (Massachusetts preferred)

The
Assistant Grower is responsible for assisting the farm team with the daily upkeep and development of the Urban Farm, The Assistant Grower/Farm Laborer reports directly to the Farm Manager.
Brief descriptions of the essential functions:
- Assists the Farm Team in the daily operations of Revision Urban Farm, as well as administrative tasks, farm planning. and recordkeeping.
- Plants, tends, and harvests field and greenhouse crops, adhering to organic and sustainable farming practices as directed.
- Is responsible for weekend farmers market including but not limited to packing, setup at market and brake down, as well as transporting produce to wholesale customers.

- Assists in weekly CSA production and delivery.
- Assists in ordering and pick up of farm supplies.

The Work

The
Assistant Grower is responsible for assisting the farm team with the daily upkeep and development of the Urban Farm, The Assistant Grower/Farm Laborer reports directly to the Farm Manager.

The Inventory Manager is responsible for leading, monitoring, analyzing & evaluating the inventory operations of the retail dispensary. - Work collaboratively with compliance, security, and transportation managers regarding compliance, loss prevention, security, and logistics on all mutual issues and in prioritization of needs
- Serve as a liaison to the local community and area health providers
- Coordinate patient outreach and educational programming (with input from grow/processors and marketing team)
- Interface with IT managers to develop and continually assess technology implementation and adjust based on business needs
- Ensure compliance on all policies, standards, and values
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of every product and strain in the store, as well as industry-wide product knowledge
- Stay abreast of customer and business trends and actively communicate with corporate stakeholders to provide input on retail and strategic business initiatives
- Ensure that physical environment is safe, sanitary, and that all equipment/technology is in good working order
- Lead initiatives, store strategies, and specific projects at the store level that may be assigned by executive-level management
- Report directly to the Director of Retail Sales
Qualifications
Education:
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree required
Work Experience:
- Significant managerial experience in a cannabis retail environment
- Considerable exposure to retail cultures focused on well-developed standard operating procedures and management and employee training programs
- Experience in inventory management and reconciliation
- Human Resources management experience including hiring, training, records management, performance reviews, payroll processing, and more
- Work history that demonstrates stability, progressive responsibility, and willingness to accept new duties
Capabilities and Skills:
- Exceptional team building, communication and people skills
- High level of integrity and a strong work ethic
- Exceptional willingness to be a hands-on manager and fill gaps to accomplish business objectives
- Proficiency in computer usage including retail point-of-sale software, all MS Office applications, email, scheduling software, online conferencing, and more
- Ability to develop, analyze, and interpret key performance metrics, and read, analyze, and interpret financial reports relating to dispensary performance metrics
- Strong problem-solving skills including anticipatory thinking and the ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a calm composure
- Demonstrated ability to work comfortably and effectively within a diverse, multicultural, multigenerational environment
Other Requirements:
- Extended time sitting, walking, bending, and reaching is possible
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds for a distance of 50 feet
- Must pass stringent State background test requirements
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- Possess valid driver’s license or state ID card
Compensation:
- $75,000-85,000 annual salary with additional incentive compensation
This position is classified as Exempt and is not eligible for overtime pay.

Fadespace is a New England based startup that develops disruptive vaporizer devices & accessory products. We utilize state of the art materials & technologies not adopted by the industry, and have multiple ground-breaking products already on the market.
The engineering department of Fadespace LLC is an intimate, hands-on, and fast-paced environment with many balls in the air at any given time. We have a number of devices in development, and distinctly need more engineering & design firepower. We are looking for a talented individual to support product development in order to improve our speed to market and limit hiccups along the way.
Mechanically, the preferred candidate is confident in their engineering abilities, is energetic, and desires to learn. They are familiar and comfortable with the product development cycle, and ideally have some experience either through a university co-op program, or a previous employer. They have a strong mechanical aptitude for hands-on prototyping, brainstorming, and physical model building. They should be able to mentally visualize complex components and assemblies, and possess effective problem-solving ability. They are experienced in performing controlled testing and comprehension of testing results to inspire future iterations. The ideal candidate is familiar with heat transfer, general physics, dimensional tolerancing, material properties and their actual meanings. Understanding manufacturing and finishing processes is a plus, as is materials science / chemistry awareness. The candidate must be comfortable and skilled with SolidWorks and similar CAD programs.
In terms of Industrial Design, they are creative, aesthetically aware, can identify attractive geometries and the relationships between them, reproduce or recreate textures and designs by drawing from existing, similar objects, and are comfortable with different manufacturing methods.
Fadespace is already considered to be at the forefront of medical & recreational cannabis consumption vaporizer technologies, with an explosive 400% or greater growth YTD.
