Overview:

Relay to superiors any conditions observed during shift that may affect the success of that day’s work.
Complete everyday cultivation responsibilities including but not limited to; Cleaning, supply organization, daily harvests, transportation of grow media (soil/coco), transplanting into new vessels, sanitization of cultivation rooms and surrounding areas, decontamination of materials, and all matters related to compliance of State and Federal regulations.
Fulfill assigned responsibilities in line with procedures set forth by all department Standard Operating Procedures and subsequent training.

Job Summary
High Clearance Grow is seeking a reliable, and motivated, employee to assist in year-round maintenance and harvesting of indoor marijuana crops and an outdoor farm. The employment would be a temporary position with the possibility of turning to a permanent full-time position. Occasional overtime may be available. Work and pay is reliable, as all our product is sold at owner's stores. No knowledge of product or its production is required; willing to train. Primary qualification is based on desire to work and reliability in completing tasks without continual supervision. Must have OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit, reliable transportation, and be willing to work in all weather conditions.
