Job Description
- Maintain a high-level understanding of a portfolio of TrustTree client brands in your territory as well as related general cannabis knowledge.
- Provide in-store product demonstrations, conduct Patient/Customer Appreciation Days (PADs) events, and similar special field marketing events on behalf of TrustTree clients to increase brand awareness and drive store sales.
- Provide in-store training for dispensary staff on behalf of TrustTree clients.
- Assist TrustTree and TrustTree clients with merchandising and marketing initiatives.
- Complete feedback reports and questionnaires for both TrustTree and TrustTree clients.
- Obtain and provide pictures and video of demos, in-store displays, shelf displays and other specified areas for TrustTree and TrustTree clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with budtenders in your territory.
- Regularly track all hours and mileage using the Shifts and MileIQ apps.
Skills, Education & Experience Required
- 1-2 years of experience in retail, customer service, events or cannabis industry experience.

Location: Remote - Applicants residing in the Grand Rapids region will be considered first for the role based on current business needs. Most activities will be on the road, visiting prospective customers and existing clients, attending events, etc.
