Responsibilities
- You will own the online customer experience and provide world class service, be the customer advocate to the development team and report issues in real time
- Effectively monitor all active and scheduled delivery orders to ensure delivery in a timely manner via emjay proprietary software
- Communicate with delivery customers via phone, text, and email
- Communicate with customers & depot regarding out of stock items
- Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions
Requirements
- Age 21 or older
- 1 year of Customer Support/Technical Support/Support Escalations experience
- Logistics and Tech background would be ideal
- Experience with leading CRM and support tools.
- Comfortable with Google GSuites (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Possesses a strong phone presence and concise communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
- Ability to identify the most important action items, prioritize and execute effectively
- Fast learner & comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent typing skill
- Open availability, including nights and weekends
- Oh, and some knowledge about "the Devil’s Lettuce" wouldn’t hurt either!
