ROLE OVERVIEW:
710 Labs is looking for an experienced Trade Marketing Coordinator to become a part of our Marketing Team and grow within our company. The Trade Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Sales Team to develop and execute our presence at dispensaries nationwide, ensuring our brand is correctly represented in all instances. The Trade Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for deliverables including, but not limited to, product displays, digital assets, visual merchandising, branded elements, producing takeover events, producing tentpole events, etc.
The Trade Marketing Coordinator will also be responsible for assisting with marketing departmental needs, including keeping all creative sales assets up to date and organized. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain meticulous meeting notes, holding various teams accountable for follow up and deadlines. This role requires excellent communication and project management skills. The Trade Marketing Coordinator will also be leading the planning and execution of creative requests as it relates to sales efforts, including running Creative Review meetings, delivering recap notes summarizing all deliverables and next steps.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Track status of all trade marketing deliverables, including visual merchandising, sales kits, digital assets, product displays, event related merch
- Lead planning and execution of takeover events and other events in coordination with Sales and Marketing Teams. This includes scheduling, creative production, staff assignments, logistics, partner communications, etc.
- Maintain agenda for Creative Review and Sales/Marketing meetings, distributing thorough recap notes and following up as needed in order to meet deadlines and goals
- Vendor management for creative production
- Ensure brand guidelines are being followed consistently throughout different markets
- Ability to work seamlessly with graphic designers and content team by relaying creative direction and receive proper creative output ready for production
- Provide weekly reports to managers as needed
- Work cross functionally with other departments to successfully meet goals
- Visit key accounts whenever possible to support in rollout of key marketing initiatives
- Support and coordinate departmental needs as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Expert in Google enterprise suite (docs, slides, sheets), Dropbox, Slack
- Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is preferred.

Role Overview
710 Labs has a massive cult following - and millions of future fans who aren’t yet familiar with us. At our tentpole/major events as well as small popups on a daily basis, the Field Marketing Supervisor is one of the most frequent human touchpoint with our cult. A hybrid Supervisor and Brand Ambassador is what we are looking for. Some one to teach and educate the masses and lead our group of hash loving Brand Ambassadors.
The Field Marketing Supervisor is a liason between marketing and sales. Helping sales facilitate any and all marketing initiatives and reporting data back to Marketing. Also responsible for managing all sales merchandise and usage across all channels.
Supervising the Brand Ambassadors, supporting in events, and maintaining all reports associated with consumer facing events.
The Field Marketing Supervisor will be responsible for reporting and scheduling for all other Brand ambassadors in the state. Weekly and monthly reports along with analysis is required for this position.
This key position works closely with Marketing and Sales teams. This role requires a smooth communicator and a responsible, independent, self-motivated individual comfortable with executing without supervision. These individuals will work a varied schedule with a large distribution of hours on evenings and weekends.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Knowledge
Be an expert on 710 products
Educate the masses on 710, from budtenders, to exclusive audiences, to the public
Familiarity with Google Suite and Excel is a plus.
Events
Represent 710 Labs at public and private events at dispensaries, lounges, and other locations
Inspire people to taste our product (where legally available)
Drive registrations into 710's exclusive group, Green Room
Educate store customers and store staff on 710 products and the brand
Sell 710 merchandise
Schedule events as opportunities arise and execute events scheduled by sales or marketing teams
Complete regular reports of events
Merchandising
Ensure 710 products are appropriately merchandised at dispensaries
Ensuring display items are properly set up
Cleaning/resetting displays as needed
Taking inventory of display assets in use
Reporting issues with display assets
Expectations
Conduct/participate in at least 5 events per week
Visit 10 dispensaries per week
Average at least 5 new sign ups per event per week
Consistently complete reports on merchandising visits and events
Manage all merch tracking and disbursement for Brand Ambassadors
Weekly reports on progress of Brand Ambassadors
Scheduling all Brand Ambassador events throughout the state
Role Requirements
Strong knowledge of cannabis, specifically concentrates and the hash community is required.

The National Head of Sales will manage our sales teams who are dedicated to serve our retail clients throughout the states of California, Colorado, Florida and Michigan. - Proficient technical skills including use of MS Office, Google Drive, and CRM software.

We are looking for a Tax Staff to join the Cannabis Advisory Services Practice. Responsibilities:
- Prepare various tax returns (1040s, 1041s, 1065s, 1120s), tax extensions and tax projections
- Organizing tax information
- Assisting with tax notices and examinations
- Assisting with tax audits, perform light research projects and monitor and review financial information
- Maintain working knowledge of tax software used in office
Qualifications:
- Have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, MST is a plus
- Obtain or plan to obtain 150 credit hours for CPA eligibility
- 2+ years of professional experience, preferably in a mid-size public accounting firm
- Possess general knowledge of federal, state and local tax laws – corporate, individual, trust, gifts, and partnership taxation
- Be able to apply basic accounting principles to engagements
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be highly motivated

- Partners with GM and other Co-Managers teams to review critical business reports, analyze business results and apply knowledge/learnings linking merchandising and presentation to overall business metrics, sales, profit and ADS.
- Understands merchandise flow standards; backroom organization and how it effects floor set execution, replenishment and recovery and the overall in-store brand experience.
- Provides essential global feedback from the field to influence future directives.
- Supports all visual presentation aspects of new store openings.
Basic Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in Visual Merchandising
- Previous store management experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage a growing brand
- Capacity to convey new ideas, persuade and implement
- Good working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and 3D drawing programs/creative suites.
- High school diploma or GED diploma
- Microsoft Office skills in Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Minimum 21 years of age
Preferred Qualifications
- Store Management Experience
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or operations management or related field.
- Knowledge of marijuana strains, (indicas, sativas, hybrids), edibles, extracts, and current products on the market a huge plus.
- Dispensary-related experience a plus.
- Provide exemplary customer service, and represent the business with pride.
Supervisory Responsibility
This person is directly responsible for managing the in store visual team.
Working Conditions
This job operates in a professional retail setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
This is a full-time position. This position regularly requires long hours and weekend work, nights, weekends and holiday availability.
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands or feet, reach with hands and arms and may be required to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
Travel Requirements
This position requires up to 75% travel. Frequently travel is outside the local area and overnight. Some international travel may be required.
