The Customer Service Representative is a person who strives to answer customer questions, troubleshoot customer ordering issues, and assist dispensary operations by being the main point of communication over the phone for our patients. A passion for cannabis coupled with a strong adherence to protocol and a caring, helpful attitude are a must for this position.

Role Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from dispensary patients, customers, and vendors


• Aid patients asking questions regarding their medical cannabis products including methods of ingestion, packaging issues, and other areas.


• Assist in ensuring all online orders are accurately fulfilled by dispensary staff and pick-up information is provided to patients and customers


• Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and orders with dispensary managers upon arrival


• Directing patient information, orders, questions, and other miscellaneous items to the appropriate location


• Consult and console medical patients with serious medical conditions on various questions regarding their medical cannabis as needed


• Support the success of the Patient Support team as needed

Role Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older


• Ability to handle all customer interactions with attention-to-detail, empathy, and confidentiality


• General familiarity with medical cannabis laws, qualifying medical conditions, and the medical card application process


• A strong knowledge of cannabis and cannabis-derived products


• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, both in-person and over the phone


• Prior call center and customer service experience is strongly preferred


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly demand environment


• Proven and demonstrated organizational skills


• Subject to background check per state cannabis regulations

A Customer Care representative, or CCR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. Customer Care Representatives can put themselves in the customers’ shoes and provide them with quality service ensuring the Customer feels taken care of.

Customer feedback is priceless, and these CCRs can gather that for you. Problem-solving comes naturally to our CCRs. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints. We are a retail business and Candidates must be willing to work rotating schedules to include weekends, nights, and holidays. Hours worked will average 25 to 37 hours per week.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a Call Center Associate that will be the liaison between One Plant and its current and potential patients. The successful candidate will take ownership for effectively solving patient concerns, issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Operate daily as both a patient advocate and a company advocate

· Required competency to learn, understand, and perform functionality within:

· Seed-to-sale POS/CRM (Biotrack THC)

· FL Dept. of Health OMMU Patient Registry

· Delivery software task management

· Microsoft Office suite; gmail/google suite;

· Desire to constantly learn and seek out new information about cannabis as a medicine and understand cannabis in general. Call center associates will work with in-house cannabis experts, including our Chief Medical Officer, to continue their journey of cannabis education.

· Speak with patients over the phone and in person regarding FAQs that may include the following:

· General questions about cannabis and specific One Plant FL cannabis products

· General questions about One Plant FL locations and delivery zones/schedules

· General questions about how to become a patient and make the most of the current FL medical marijuana program

· Create and execute patient orders in seed-to-sale software and the OMMU registry.

· Maintain a patient log

· Follow up with patients post order to gather and communicate feedback on products and service.

· Must be able to clearly organize and communicate patient concerns and questions back to Customer Care Manager(s), Director of Retail Operations, Delivery Manager, and other managers and executives that may require such information.

· Apply and ensure the accuracy of coordinating patient related compliance labels to outgoing orders

· Help maintain orders@ inbox and update CRM and patient log as necessary. Office manager may forward relevant emails to Patient Care Reps from the info@ inbox as well.

· May be required to support physician outreach team by working with physicians over the phone and face to face. May even be required to participate in lunch and learn events, trade shows, industry events, and visit physician and other stakeholder offices to inform groups and professionals of medical cannabis in Florida.

· May be required to participate in door-to-door delivery patient transactions or help train dispensary associates in our brick and mortar transactions.

· May be required to visit other 3 Boys/One Plant FL brick and mortar dispensary locations to educate and promote the brand as well as interact and educate visiting patients and future clients.

· Must be able to pass a Level 2 background check.

· Must be able to clearly organize and communicate patient concerns and questions back to their direct report.

· Bilingual and multi-lingual are encouraged to apply, but not required.

Requirements:

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Previous experience would be beneficial, but not necessary

· Must be able to pass a Florida Department of Health Office of Medical Marijuana Use Level 2 Background Screening

· Must be 21 years of age or older

Physical Demands:

The Call Center Associate must be able to speak, hear, see, read, write, type, dial, reach, and bend. Sedentary work: standing, walking and sitting for prolonged periods of time – repetitive motion of hands, fingers and wrists.

Lyfted Customer Service Representatives assist medical cannabis patients and adult use customer by taking phone orders, confirming online orders, answering questions about products, and forwarding calls and messages as appropriate.
