We are looking for a Dispatcher Customer Service Representative (Dispatcher CSR) to provide outstanding service to our customers and potential customers. You will be required to answer queries, handle complaints, and troubleshoot problems in a professional and polite manner to ensure effective resolution and customer satisfaction. You must know how to describe cannabis: Tell me whats your favorite strainThe ideal Dispatcher CSR will be customer focused, detail orientated, and target driven. You should be polite, accurate, knowledgeable, and able to work well within a team. Dispatcher CSR Responsibilities: * Receiving or making a high volume of calls from or to customers. * Striving to achieve first call resolution and maintain the quality of service our members come to expect. * Using listening skills to understand the needs and complaints of the customer before offering them the best possible solution. * Responding efficiently to customers and creating a positive experience. * Remaining calm and professional while dealing with angry customers and providing them with the best solutions to resolve their issues.Dispatcher CSR Requirements: * High School Diploma or equivalent. * Exceptional telephone manner, customer service skills, active listening skills, verbal, and written communication skills. * Proficiency with computers, especially with data entry. * Able to type 45 wpm * Ability to resolve conflict and diffuse tension. * Ability to work well under pressure. * Strong time management skills. * Strong knowledge of Legal processes and procedures is preferred but willing to train the right candidate if necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $22.00 per hour

Job Duties:
- Maintain contact with drivers throughout their shifts and address any routing issues they might have
- Answer calls from delivery drivers and relay any emergencies they have to the appropriate channels
