Essential Functions
- Oversees the daily activities of Drivers assigned to his / her shift, and is the first point of contact to provide guidance to Drivers making deliveries.
- Develop a strong geographic understanding of operating markets.
- Track Drivers proactively through the day using GPS and dispatch tools, and maintaining phone contact at specified intervals to ensure on time delivery.
- Champion the role of customer service representative for your shift to ensure proactive communication with customers in regard to any and all delays or issues.
- Ability to troubleshoot website issues, answer questions, and handle customer concerns professionally.
Basic Qualifications
- Must be 21+
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in fast-paced dispatch, customer service or phone centers.
- Ability to multi-task through phone communications and real-time software-based tracking and dispatch systems.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office proficiency and the ability to become expert in the company’s dispatch and POS platform.
- Ability to manage multiple factors in a high stress environment.

- Some inventory management experience is a plus

Join team Doobie! The Cannabis Delivery Dispatcher will serve as the starting point for all Doobie orders that are to be delivered. The Cannabis Delivery Dispatcher will work in tandem with both on and off site staff, including but not limited to, Drivers and Customer Service agents as well as with Management - through multiple communication applications. Key Position Responsibilities and Requirements:

Supervision Received:
Reports to the GM and Dispatch Manager, with additional supervision and direction from On-Duty Supervisors.

- Set-up and Process customer orders using POS and Routing applications, including but not limited to COVA, OnFleet, and WeedMaps.
- Provide front-line support for drivers who need assistance out of the field.
- Log operational issues and suggest and implement process improvements.
- Package orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by phone, text, and during, and rarely in-person interactions.
- Develop and maintain rapport with our customers, partners, and staff.

Job Responsibilities:
- Meet/exceed hospitality and marketing objectives

Qualifications:
- Minimum 21 years of age

- A hardtop roof car with an alarm system and separate trunk (no hatchbacks)
- Reliable smartphone with working car charger and hands-free bluetooth
