WHO YOU ARESelf-motivated, hardworking, and proactive online sales rock star with a positive attitude and at least two years of e-commerce sales experience. You will need to many difference e-commerce sales platforms, prioritize issues and resolve them in a timely manner. You can handle stress and be a problem solver when a clear answer isn’t present. If you're a CBD enthusiast, that is a plus. This is a great position for someone who wants to spread the wonders of the hemp plant while helping people who need it.
Job Purpose Summary: An eCommerce specialist will be the forefront of managing online retail and wholesale sales across platforms such as Amazon, eBay, kush marketplace, hemp marketplace, etc.. Our account managers are the face of USA Hemp for our customers. They not only make the sale, but also build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships by partnering with our clients and understanding their needs. They constantly stay in touch fostering relationships through contact and regular follow-up via communication platforms such as phone, email and online CRM system.
The eCommerce Specialist will be responsible for providing leadership in the development & execution of supply chain solutions for Amazon, eBay, other eCommerce customers (Walmart, Kroger, Target, etc.), and our online webstore: usahemp.com. This Specialist will develop strategic partnerships internally and externally that are relevant to demand planning, order fulfillment and other logistics elements. They will need to drive opportunities and recommended action steps for improvement around scorecard metrics. This position will utilize root cause analysis to identify larger trends and own creating and implementing solutions.
Required
· At least 2 years of online sales experience
· Good understanding of SEO
· A good understanding of eCommerce websites and how customers use them to shop
· Experience with Amazon
· Ability to work with team members and communicate clearly and concisely
· Excellent telephone skills
· Excellent grammar, verbal and written
· Ability to learn new software and products quickly
· Stoke for cannabis, CBD, hemp industry + products
· Knowledge of the hemp/CBD industry

Responsibilities include
· Manage and create posts on different online platforms
· Cold calling retail stores and other wholesale websites to carry the USA Hemp line of products· Take detailed notes in our system to keep other team members in the loop
· Respond daily to emails, phone requests, and chats regarding eCommerce questions, wholesale/distributor clients, shipping updates, special pricing and more
· Resolve customer concerns to a satisfactory conclusion
· Ability to multi-task data entry, research in several software products and internet search engines as well as managing phone inquiries with speed and accuracy
· Must be focused, detail-minded, organized, and efficient
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Confident phone voice and clear pronunciation to be easily understood by the customer
· Assist customer in buying decisions
