Who You Are
Self-motivated, hardworking, and proactive sales rock star with a positive attitude and at least two years of sales experience. You will need to multitask between multiple desktop programs, prioritize issues and resolve them in a timely manner. You can handle stress and be a problem solver when a clear answer isn鈥檛 present. If you're a CBD enthusiast, that is a major plus. This is a great position for someone who wants to spread the wonders of the hemp plant to those who need it while putting some jingle in your pockets.
Job Purpose Summary: Our account managers are the face of USA Hemp for our customers. They not only make the sale, but also build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships by partnering with our clients and understanding their needs. The Account Manager oversees national sales as most of our clients are out of state. They constantly stay in touch fostering relationships through contact and regular follow-up via communication platforms such as phone, email and online CRM system.
Required
路 At least 2 years of customer service or sales experience
路 A good understanding of eCommerce websites and how customers use them to shop
路 Excellent attention to detail
路 Ability to work with team members and communicate clearly and concisely
路 Excellent telephone skills
路 Excellent grammar, verbal and written
路 Ability to learn new software and products quickly
路 Stoke for cannabis, CBD, hemp industry + products
路 Knowledge of the hemp/CBD industry

Responsibilities include
路 Cold calling retail stores and wholesale clients to carry the USA Hemp line of products
路 Take orders over the phone and key them into our system quickly and accurately
路 Take detailed notes in our system to keep other team members in the loop
路 Respond daily to emails, phone requests, and chats regarding eCommerce questions, wholesale/distributor clients, shipping updates, special pricing and more
路 Resolve customer concerns to a satisfactory conclusion
路 Ability to multi-task data entry, research in several software products and internet search engines as well as managing phone inquiries with speed and accuracy
路 Must be focused, detail-minded, organized, and efficient
路 Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Confident phone voice and clear pronunciation to be easily understood by the customer
路 Assist customer in buying decisions (offer upsells and presenting appropriate alternatives)
