Position Summary: The incumbent will assist customers with education, purchases, and overall positive customer experience in the cannabis dispensaries of the Three Nations Management Corporation (TNMC), doing business as Three Nations Cannabis. The Budtender/Cashier/Inventory Fulfillment Clerk will make recommendations, input the orders accurately, fulfill the orders, perform the sales transactions, maintain proper inventory levels, and carry out all the processes in a professional, friendly manner ensuring the entire processes meet the regulatory and compliance standards. The Budtender/Cashier/Inventory Fulfillment Clerk must be customer oriented, friendly, outgoing, detail oriented, and a team player in exceeding customers’ expectations while adhering to TNMC policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and guests in a personal manner with proper and enthusiastic words, tone, and body language that will make an overall positive customer experience.
- Responsible for sales, customer service, and merchandising requirements.
- Ensure the sales floor and cashier areas are clean, stocked, and presentable to the customers.
- Verify proper identification, orders, documentation, receipts, labeling, and packaging in proper exit bags.
- Educate customers about cannabis products, promotions, and rewards program.
- Input order in a timely and accurate manner, verify the products match up with the order correctly, collect the cash from customers, and provide the appropriate change.
- Handle cash in a timely and accurate manner to ensure that the cash register is properly balanced.
- Understand and maintain knowledge of the cannabis industry, trends, and products.
- Partner with the Inventory team regarding product feedback, product requests, and inventory levels. Ensure proper labeling, stocking levels, and inventory handling.
- Responsible for properly using the point-of-sale hardware, software, and systems for accurate sales transactions.
- Follow the policies and procedures in closing out of the cash register.
- Achieve sales goals of the dispensaries.
- Utilize loss prevention procedures to minimize shrinkage.
- Understand the regulatory, compliance standards, and policy & procedures to ensure maintaining in compliance.
- Update menus, signage, and promotional items to maximize exposure, awareness, information, and sales.
- Initiate, lead, and implement continuous improvement activities to achieve profitability and improve customer experience.
- Participate in dispensary, staff, and promotional events both on the property and at public events as well.
- Follow proper procedures in opening and closing of works stations and dispensary accordingly.
- Participate in periodic all-staff cleanings, meetings, and team building activities.
- Motivate team members to achieve maximum performance and dedication.
- Uphold the dress code.
- Maintain and clean the retail floor and cashier areas issues.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Two (2) years of customer service (Preferred).
- One (1) year of cannabis retail experience (Preferred).
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Knowledgeable on cannabinoids, terpenes, and methods of cannabis consumption as it relates to sales of cannabis products.
- Excellent communication, both orally and in writing.
- Working knowledge of Seed-to-Sale, POS, and Inventory software.
- Must pass a security background check and complete a Conflict-of-Interest Declaration/Professional Ethics-Disclosure Requirements.
- Must be able to obtain either a Colony Enterprise Authority Marijuana Agent Card or a Nevada Agent Card.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and capable of obtaining a valid Nevada Driver’s License within 6 months but no later than a year.
- Indian preference applies.
- Working knowledge of Computers, technology, and general software programs.
- Must be able to stand/walk for extensive time periods during the assigned shifts.
- Medium work that includes moving objects up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.

Position Summary: The incumbent will implement the business strategy of the Reno-Sparks Indian
Colony’s startup cannabis operation as developed by the incumbent, the Cannabis Consultant and the
Colony Enterprise Authority. The GM will assist in the development and oversee administration of the company’s operational processes, customer service performance/standards and the regulatory compliance program. The GM will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all business and financial-related activities of the company including realizing budget projections.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Implement the Colony’s cannabis business plan, including phase-in of desired industry establishments.
2. Review company policies (personnel, financial, inventory control, etc.) and make recommendations to Colony Enterprise Authority for approval.
3. In a cost effective manner, hire staff or contract with service providers to administer operational processes (such as payroll, financing, maintenance and accounting) and perform operations associated with the various industry establishments.
4. Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives
5. Motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement and develop a high performing managerial team
6. Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission
7. Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics
8. Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements
9. Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders
10. Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth
