JOB DESCRIPTION
Directly accountable to the Cultivation Director and the Director of Operations for the performance of all duties and responsibilities. The Cultivation Technician provides daily care of medical marijuana plants from planting to harvest, and from harvest to drying and processing the plants for shipment to the processing facility. During the cultivation season, the Cultivation Technician will provide quality care and attention to the growing process of the plants from clone to harvest which includes pruning, trimming, watering, and providing nutrients. The Cultivation Technician will assist with harvesting the plants and processing the plants through the hanging, curing, and packaging of the plants. Detailed recordkeeping and strict adherence to the company’s operating procedures and compliance with the state regulations is essential for this position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Daily care of medical marijuana plants, including watering, pruning and trimming,
inspecting the plants.
 Fertilizing and providing nutrients to the plants according to cultivation protocols set forth
by the Lead Grower.
 Careful monitoring of the plants for any signs of growing issues or problems; treatment for
disease or infestation.
 Assist with de-leafing and harvesting the medical marijuana plants, including hanging,
curing and drying the plants.
 Continuous systematic cleaning and sanitizing of grow facility and machinery; dispose of
waste according to strict compliance guidelines.
 Accurate tracking and recording of data during each phase of the cultivation process.
 Ensure the appropriate information is accurate and listed clearly in accordance with the
state regulations and company standard operating procedures.
 Carefully follow directions as provided by the Lead Grower.
 Willingness to continue to learn best practices of medical marijuana cultivation with a
strong interest in horticulture, agriculture, and greenhouse operating systems.
 Additional job duties as assigned.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Directly accountable to the Director of Operations for the performance of all duties and
responsibilities. The Inventory Control Manager is responsible for the oversight of key inventory
compliance, Internal Monitoring, Inventory Control, and Auditing. This position will have direct
reports and be responsible for ensuring compliance and proper inventory control to meet [THE
COMPANY] needs.
This position includes working with Cannabis and Cannabis infused products. The ideal candidate
enjoys working with numbers and details, can work both independently as well as part of a team,
and managing inventory team for a vertically integrated cannabis company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Monitors chain of custody of Cannabis through departments within each facility.
 Executes inventory transfers and reassigns location within State Monitoring System
(METRC).
 Monitors Inventory movement within METRC and Internal tracking systems.
 Manages cycle count programs to maintain inventory balance.
 Information reporting to Director of Operations.
 Research production history to determine the source of inventory variances and order filling
errors.
 Analyzes and monitors inventory adjustments.
 Effectively requests inventory and all order-related transaction history.
 Ensures proper classification and storage of inventory.
 Ensures compliance with the State Oklahoma Regulations.
 Supports compliance with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety, rules, and regulations.
 Responsible for the selection training of the Inventory Control Associates and Leads.
 Establishes self as highly credible leader with highest levels of integrity, and always acts in
the best interests of the property and [THE COMPANY].
 Vast understanding and knowledge of Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Regulations.
 Knowledge and oversight of all compliance rulings in relation to inventory within the [THE
COMPANY].
 Enhance/implement infrastructure to support existing and future needs.
 Partner with Cultivation and Trim departments to provide regulatory guidance in relation to
the inventory systems and controls.
 In concurrence with the Director of Operations with alleged violations of rules, regulations,
policies, procedures, and standards of conduct by evaluating or recommending the initiation
of investigative procedures.
 Maintain a system for uniform handling of such violations.
 Develop an effective inventory systems and training program(s) to track all [COMPANY]
inventory assets, including appropriate introductory training for new employees.
 Maintains consistent attendance.
 Must pass extensive background checks.
 Must be flexible – This role is ever changing.

COMMUNICATION
 Frequent contact with others via email, face-to-face discussions, and telephone.
 Some communication required via mail and fax.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
 Must hold a bachelor’s degree or practical field experience for at least five (5) years in area of
assignment.
 At least 3 years of Excel spread sheets experience.
 Ability to create company standard spread sheets to track inventory.
 Metric Compliance Software and MJ Plat form, major plus!

The Lead Cultivator will maintain records of harvests and orchestrate daily tasks within the cultivation department to maintain the standard production schedule as prescribed by the Cultivation Director.
The Lead Cultivator will be directly accountable to the Director of Operations for the performance of all job duties and responsibilities related to this position.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and perform standard cannabis cultivation tasks such as watering, pruning, transplanting, organizing plants, preparing grow media, cleaning cultivation areas, and general maintenance.
- Monitor and report on irrigation, HVAC, lighting, CO2, and air circulation equipment functionality.
- Perform daily inspections of each flowering zone and of drying material. Maintain a record of these inspections and report conditions to the Director of Cultivation.
- Maintain Bio Track records of all activities including, but not limited to: plant moves, harvest, post-harvest processing, and waste production and disposal.
- Maintain the correct level of foliage and ensure adequate airflow by removing leaves strategically daily.
- Oversee harvest activities including defoliation, trimming, bud removal, drying, grinding, cleaning, and waste removal.
- Ensure that Cultivation Assistants are assigned tasks where they achieve the highest possible level of efficacy and maximum productivity.
- Dispose of waste in accordance with Oklahoma State Regulations, ensuring that waste has been denaturized before leaving the premises and that proper record keeping has occurred.
- Participate in training sessions, or attend conferences designed to either improve your skills or your understanding of the regulations.
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure a contamination free cultivation area.
o Supervisory Responsibilities- This position has supervisory responsibilities overseeing Cultivation Assistants who are responsible for the health of all plants within their department. They are also responsible for ensuring that all tasks within their department are completed on schedule and may be required to be on call during nights, holidays, and weekends to provide assistance in the event of an emergency.
- This is a manual labor position which requires heavy lifting, and which involves repetitive tasks. The Cultivation Department operates on weekends and holidays, and standard work hours will apply regardless of day or season.
- Travel for educational purposes may be required as a part of this position.
