The Inventory Control Manager (ICM) will be responsible for the quality of products kept on hand and maintaining accurate records of said products. This position will be intimately familiar with the Company’s POS system and the State’s verification system and be responsible for training all agents in all inventory control procedures. This position will also work with the GM or their delegates to ensure POS and end-of-day inventory reports match confirmed inventory levels and work to identify/resolve any discrepancies that occur. Additional duties include responsibility for securing and scheduling all inventory that will be transported for the dispensary by a third-party transporting organization to another cannabis dispensing organization or a cannabis testing facility. INVENTORY MANAGER – SHANGO

DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Inventory control accountability for weights, and accurate tracking for trimming, packaging, waste disposal, labeling and inventory management.
- Effectively communicates with growers, production and management to ensure business has consistent supply of inventory available to meet the needs.
- Oversees growhouse plant movement in BioTrack. Responsible for overseeing the removal of all dead plants from the system and destruction of all products

Job Overview

Responsibilities and Duties
- Ensure all incoming products meet state compliance standards
- The Inventory Control Manager will be responsible for overseeing all products received into inventory and METRC, physical organization, tagging and labeling, and maintaining inventory accuracy
- After the product is transferred, the product will be quality checked, counted, systematically received, organized, properly labeled, and split, and put away
- Ensure product is being picked, packed, and pulled according to FIFO standards
- Oversee METRC and other platforms are being accurately managed and maintained for accuracy of data
- Review and audit Inventory Logs to process weekly cycle counts, review on-hand inventory, and track aging products
- Supervise the Inventory Control Specialist to conduct daily duties as outlined
- Investigate and resolve any inventory UID discrepancies found during cycle counts
- Manage the organization of inventory by ensuring the product is in the correct location; conduct search to locate misclassified inventory
- Ensure all order rejections are properly managed and efficiently processed back into the inventory
- Work quickly to resolve all issues and reroute product back to the account if requested
- Conduct end of month inventory meetings to recap results
- Comply with company policies and procedures regarding inventory control
- Work closely with the Director of Operations to ensure regulations are followed and address issues as needed
- Ensure samples and other R&D products are processed quickly and efficiently for Marketing or other events
- Drives positive employee relations and delivers sustainable results through being a positive role model

Qualifications

What You'll Do:
- Insure Inventory transactions are timely entered and updated

- High level of proficiency with MS Excel and the ability to manipulate, analyze, and draw meaningful conclusions from inventory data.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:

Position Summary
AltMed Florida, one of the most respected, privately owned cannabis companies in Florida, is now seeking motivated and energetic individuals to join our team. This position Manages the cultivation centerinventory control functions including the accurate inventory of all plant products.Execute inventory control measures to ensure the company minimizes inventoryholding, maximizes stock tracking system, and ensure entry accuracy. Ensuresincoming product is receipted and managed appropriately according to SOPs.Ensure raw materials are ready and available for cultivation or productionprocesses and when required.
Duties/Responsibilities/Tasks
- Manages physical inventories and the cycleinventory process; stock rotation, outside storage, and product transfer.
- Organizes, manages, and assists in physical inventorycounts at all locations.
- Monitors all inventory activities and responds to any discrepancies by notifying the location management and investigatingdiscrepancy.
- Ensures inventory counts are being performed onschedule with acceptable results and the proper documentation is being executedand filed.
- Directs the settlement of all inventorydiscrepancies and reports the resolution of such discrepancies.
- Develops a monthly summary of all inventorydiscrepancies for CEO and describes how the issues have been resolved andmitigated.
- Ensures proper receiving in system and storage.
- Ensures adequate systems security is maintainedin the computer inventory system.
- Resolves system issues by working with IT andoutside contractors.
- Provides on-call support for system issues.
JobRequirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalentexperience.
- 3-5 years of relevant inventory controlexperience or equivalent experience.
- Cannabis and/or BioTrack experience preferredbut not required.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must successfully complete a level II background check.

Compensation:
$18 - $20 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Receive and quality control Inventory P.O.s, physically and in the online inventory platform
- Complete a weekly physical cycle count and reconcile the inventory in the online system
- In-take deliveries from vendors
- Communicate inventory issues to Manager
- Build and publish inventory reports as directed by the GM
- Analyze inventory on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to maintain goals throughout the company

- Organize inventory in systemic manner as to allow for efficient business flow and to minimize inventory loss

- Oversee product processing projects as needed, ensuring appropriate quantities, accurate weights, quality control, sanitation standards, and proper packaging and labeling
- Determine and adhere to a strict policy and set of procedures for the disposal of unusable cannabis products in accordance with state and local laws and guidance from local law enforcement
- Ensure inventory policies and procedures are being observed by all employees
- Support store leadership with scheduled inventory audits
Qualifications:
This role requires:
- MUST be able to pass a background check
- MUST be minimum 21 years of age
- Exceptional organizational skills and attentiveness to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Working proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- Ability to quickly learn new technology and online platforms
- High school diploma required; some college preferred; Bachelor’s Degree even better!
- Ability to consistently work week days; flexibility to sometimes work nights, holidays and weekends
- Ability to lift/move heavy items
The ideal candidate has:
- 2+ years inventory control experience
- A passion for cannabis; although not required
- A curious and independent mindset; the inventory manager will always be looking for ways to improve the inventory processes

JOB SUMMARY

Our Retail Inventory Manager will be responsible for involved inventory recording, compliance, and accuracy in all phases of the Retail sales of cannabis products in the dispensary. CORE JOB DUTIES
- Perform cycle counts daily, weekly and monthly as needed
- Ensure inventory records are always accurate
- Follow state guidelines to maintain an accurate physical inventory and ensure the integrity of the dispensary records
- Assist in managing State inventory system BioTrack
- Assist in deliveries that will be taken into the dispensary ensuring they are accurate
- Adding all new products received into BioTrack
- Participate in assessing the internal controls over inventory to identify deficiencies and develop corrective action plans for continuous improvement
- Work with our local Compliance Manager to ensure all inventory issues are handled on a timely basis
- Adhere to all mandatory state regulations

Item 9 Labs is looking for a highly motivated, knowledgeable Facility Manager to control the direction and oversight of our cultivation facility. Candidates should have a strong horticultural background, a deep understanding of cultivation management and entrepreneurial spirits.
The Facility Manager oversees the day to day operations of the entire facility operations. The Facility Manager is the designated Dispensary Agent with oversight of the Inventory Control System that the Company utilizes, LeafLogix. Works with the Master Cultivator and Master Extractor to manage personnel to perform all the tasks necessary to grow various strains of quality medical marijuana in a large-scale indoor cultivation facility. Work closely with the Master Cultivator on the implementation and timing of cultivation plans to maintain a continuous flow of live cannabis plants through the Cultivation Operation.

Responsibilities:
- Arrive at facility 15-30 minutes prior to staff start time or arrange opening the facility with another manager
- Perform/coordinate a building walk-through with our Master Cultivator and Master Extractor checking security cameras and each pod room to make sure everything is operating and recording properly;
- Verify all staff who have reported for work and secure all entrances to the facility;
- Arrange Monday morning meetings to go over weekly staff duties to be assigned and accomplished. Take notes and circulate action items from that meeting
- Inspect the grow rooms and plants. Compare layouts and details to LeafLogix records. Reconcile as needed.
- Perform an inventory check on all products needed to maintain their specific areas of operation, including grow rooms, lab, and administration needs;
- Direct staff to perform their inventory checks as needed
- Make sure all products are put in their proper place and no supplies are needed. Coordinate with Master Cultivator;
- Coordinate and schedule independent lab test samples to be taken. Make sure tests for toxics are done separately from cannabinoid tests to optimize test expenses and still be in accordance with state regulations
- Verify and log lab results and label completed and tested medical marijuana products;
- Load tested and labeled products into the vault and enter product information into LeafLogix to ensure that inventory is accurate.
- Schedule confirmed orders to registered dispensaries and prepare for secure delivery;
- Consistently check on staff and assist them with any needs or work issues;
- Prepare for end of day cleanup and lock up all production rooms;
- Secure and lock the Secure Inventory Vault;
- Ensure that security systems are functioning correctly and recording correctly;
- Perform final security walk-through with security staff to ensure everyone is out of the building; and
- Lock and secure facility and set alarms for the end of day.

- Must be able to obtain a MME registered agent card from the State
