OBJECTIVES: Efficiently prepare accurate product samples and bulk formulations. Maximize efficient production and accuracy on bulk and retail product formulation
PRODUCTION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Adhere to SOP for retail & bulk product formulation as well as sample preparation
- Maintain a clean & professional laboratory environment in compliance with cGMP standards
- Assist with bulk & retail product fulfillment, formulating input oil and filling carts
- Identify opportunities for improvement to enhance process flow
DATA & INVENTORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Utilize inventory management software to maintain detailed, timely production & inventory records
- Bi-monthly reconciliation of manufacturing inventory and weekly waste log tracking
- Accurate order processing; price and order accuracy, report discrepancies with management
Additional Expectations:
- Not required, but Preferred undergraduate degree in Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or any related laboratory STEM field
- Required minimum 1 year of laboratory experience
- Multi-tasking, organization skills & attention to detail;
- Able to innovatively solve problems and remain solution-oriented;

JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE: PRODUCTION COORDINATOR
COMPANY: IHC INVESTMENTS, INC / THE HEMP COLLECT
REPORTS TO: COO, CSO
OBJECTIVES: Under the direction of the COO, the Production Coordinator will ensure all the required production activities are completed as required.
PRODUCTION COORDINATION (30%)
- Ensure all the production requests are clearly identified, assigned, and completed to the requirements
- Ensure all the required resources for production are always available to support all production needs (including inputs, tools, space, process documentation, software, training, and labor)
- Ensure all production requests are properly managed on the Asana production board including order numbers, due dates, and customer notes. Also, ensure that all time is tracked in Asana (Harvest) for work spent in production.
- Support management with the planning of all production-related projects
- Create and provide management with any and all reports on current activities, projections, issues, risks, etc.
- Ensure the quality of all produced items and provide quality checks and reporting
- Support external partnerships related to production (such as Co-Packers) on planning, sales reports, quotes, progress, logistics, and administration; including receiving approvals from the COO.
- Coordinate with the Production Manager to plan the production of in-house production projects
DATA MANAGEMENT (30%)
- Work with the Inventory Manager to ensure accurate product counts and monitor par levels
- Track packaging materials and dry goods in the inventory tracking system
- Ensure process documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
- Ensure process documentation is followed and modified with management’s approval where changes are necessary
- Ensure all activities related to inventory support and 100.00% accuracy of inventory counts
- Provide updates to the Inventory Manager in the case of new, to-be-discontinued, or modified inventory items
COMPLIANCE(35%)
- Create new work orders by transferring the variable data from the test results to the work orders.
- Have management proof the order before making the labels
- Submit design requests to marketing for new labels or updates needed for accuracy, compliance
- Verify compliance with the labels and packaging before
Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills & great attention to detail
- Understanding of willingness to learn ODA Hemp compliance expectations
- Be a self-starter, able to stay productive without oversight & analyze processes
- Knowledge of cannabis/hemp to grade product on intake QC
- Must be over 21 years old and have the ability to commute daily to downtown Portland.

We're looking to bring on an in market Brand Manager that will lead and potentially build out a team of Brand Ambassadors to ensure proper brand representation in market.
JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE: BRAND MANAGER
COMPANY: IHC INVESTMENTS, INC / THE HEMP COLLECT
REPORTS TO: COO, ACCOUNT MANAGERS
OBJECTIVES: Act as in-market distribution representative; build relationships with in-take managers & budtenders to win mindshare, build product knowledge at the store and consumer level, increase recommendation rates/brand loyalty, and drive incremental sales growth in active markets.
Working with Account Managers to maximize sales efforts and ensure retail partner success.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate, manage, and execute staff education events, in-store promotions, merchandise/sample disbursement, and ad-hoc sales support activities. Ensure accurate data on all retail account information in CRM and accurate utilization of staff education platforms.
1. ACCOUNT EVENT MANAGEMENT
- Conduct Staff EDUs and sell-through promotions for retail accounts / coordinate with Sales Account Managers
- Disperse sales materials and ensure retail partners have adequate display, point-of-sale materials
- Act as the direct contact for Account Managers, working as a team to build accounts
- Ensure brand integrity and relationships in stores and communicate market feedback to management
- Cooridnate store visits, collect decision-maker contact information, and coordinate product samples
2. DATA MANAGEMENT
- Utilize CRM tool and track all sales communications, maintain up-to-date account information
- Report daily event recaps by end of each day, batching staff education information weekly
- Note and record retail partner information as it pertains to inventory levels, pricing, and competition
3. DISTRIBUTION SALES KPIS
- Minimum of 8 Account check-ins daily with retail partners
- 30 day ordering cycle, less than 10% of Active Accounts falling outside of the 30-day cycle
- MoM account growth, selling in distribution offerings, and expanding Buddies product lines
- Exceed quarterly salary base to avoid probationary review
Minimum Qualifications:
- Relationship management skills, professional customer-facing brand representation
- Able to innovatively solve problems and remain solution-oriented;
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills;
- CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Must possess a valid State Driver’s License and reliable transportation

What you bring to the table:
- A high level of Metrc comprehension, and the ability to troubleshoot issues while maintaining compliance at all times.
- Data input and organizational experience, with the skills to maintain, update, and keep products and orders flowing in an efficient manner.
- Comfort level with Google Suite, ordering platforms (Zoey), Shipstation/shipping software, and a willingness to learn new technology as it applies to the role.
- Ability to work cross-departmentally and to effectively communicate thoughts, ideas, and concerns in real time.
- High level of organization and able to pivot as the needs of the business and sales flow dictate.
- Experience with order fulfillment and accountability for all aspects of Fulfillment operations. Including order fulfillment, shipping via UPS and USPS, product QC, and inventory management.
- Experience with ShipStation and ordering platforms is greatly desired or just willingness to learn and become a subject matter expert.
