Position Summary
We are looking for a Marketing Director to join us and help lead our company's marketing efforts, while establishing a foundation to build their dream team to create product roadmaps that launch and support our company wide initiatives. The Marketing Director will help execute initiatives that resonate with the target market and increase sales through engaging in activities including campaigns (print, web, social media, broadcast, etc.), corporate responsibility programs and sponsorships, company conferences, trade shows, and major events. An aspiration to own projects and surpass expectations, while finding solutions and delivering results within the intricacies of the highly regulated and rapidly flourishing cannabis industry is a must.
They will be responsible for providing guidance to our Marketing Department by evaluating and developing marketing strategies, coordinating marketing efforts, and communicating the marketing plans, while building awareness and positioning our company as a top quality brand in the cannabis market. The Marketing Director will be working closely with our Sales Department to develop a pricing strategy that will help us maximize profits and market share. This candidate must be an organized self-starter, professional with the ability to be outgoing and enthused, while working in tandem with the Sales Director to deliver content excellence.
Our ideal candidate will inspire, respect, and provide authority to their team, as well as possess a high level of communication with vendors, customers, management, store employees and surrounding communities. They must have extensive marketing skills and be enthusiastic about the budding cannabis industry, be hands-on and inclusive in their approach with stakeholders, and motivated to continue building the company's community-centric culture.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan and implement marketing calendar, to target increased brand exposure, customer growth, and positive sales growth
- Manage reporting, budgets and KPI metrics for regional sales and marketing activities
- Set retail menu plans, incorporating competitive pricing structure, with a valuable brand assortment that caters to the regional market needs
- Offer competitive analysis (potential sales, pricing, gap analysis), market research and trends, and comparing product line with key competitors
- Create and implement effective customer loyalty programming, lead generation and customer acquisition tactics
- Lead a cross functional local process around innovation and new product development
- Develop brand strategy, consumer segmentation, targeting, and positioning of brand and in the development of the brand architecture to measure and analyze sales impact, and the profitability/ROI of marketing expenditures
- Serve as liaison between Corporate and the selected region, providing ongoing updates on the cannabis industry and community
- Build and manage a team of highly performing individuals.

Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
- At least 21 years of age and authorized to work in the USA.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent.
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, quick-changing environment.
- Self-starting, forward thinking idea generator with entrepreneurial spirit
- Fully engaged, team player with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of market research practices and techniques
- Experience analyzing data
- Knowledge of owned, earned and paid platforms
- Project management skills, with experience running large scope projects with cross over departments
- Cannabis experience a bonus, but not required
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, growth marketing, retail, shopper marketing and/or crm management
- Able to pass all background checks and fingerprints clearance.

Position Summary
The Delivery Driver will be responsible for the efficient and accurate distribution of Company products to our customers. The Delivery driver represents our Company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction. The primary role of the position is to have on time delivery of product with a high degree of customer service. This position is fast paced and requires the candidate to be a powerful critical and analytical thinker.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes
- Follow routes and time schedule
- Complete logs and reports
- Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
- Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints
- Collect payments
- Inform customers about new products and services
- Follow DOT regulations and safety standards

Position Summary
The Compliance Manager will be responsible for helping to ensure Compliance with all Local and State Regulation as well as internal Company compliance policies for a large-scale, wholesale cannabis producer. This will include close collaboration with the Director of Compliance, understanding of regulations, communication with regulators, product audits, leading teams of technicians, etc. The ideal candidate will be someone who can read and understand technical/regulatory information, partner with internal company functions to understand operational goals, and help the company achieve these goals compliantly. Strong computer skills are a must and being Bi-Lingual English/Spanish is preferred.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Report to Director of Compliance.
- Responsible for Compliance with all governmental Regulation and internal Company policies.
- Up-to-date knowledge of all regulations and policies that affect the Company.
- Partner with other Company functions (i.e., Production, Logistics, Finance, Inventory Management, HR, Construction, etc.) in order to understand their goals, develop compliant processes with them, and ensure that compliance is always maintained.
- Create systems and document them with procedures, instructions and forms.
- Lead teams of Technicians in carrying responsibilities such as audits.
- Assist with the management of the Track & Trace system.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations in all activities under your supervision.
- Other duties as assigned.

- 1+ Year working in Compliance of a highly-regulated industry – Cannabis preferred.
