Staff Accountant
The Staff Accountant will be responsible for managing in all aspects accounting functions for a vertically-integrated Cannabis business. Ideal candidate must be a self-starter who is highly organized with great attention to detail. This position will report to the General Manager while working with a motivated management team.

- Perform full cycle accounting - Accrual accounting, AR, AP, Inventory

The Cultivation Lead supports the Assistant Cultivation Manager in correct propagation, vegetation, flowering, and harvesting of all cannabinoid-based plants under recreational and medicinal licenses at Pueblo West Organics (PWO). The Cultivation Lead ensures daily tasks are completed to meet harvest production goals.
The Cultivation Lead reports to their Assistant Cultivation Manager. The Cultivation Manager is primarily responsible for complete oversight of all cultivation facilities including correct propagation, vegetation, and distribution of all cannabinoid-based plants under recreational and medicinal licenses at Pueblo West Organics (PWO). The Cultivation Manger has oversight of all Cultivation Associates and Managers ensuring that the facility is always safe and compliant with OSHA and state regulations. Additionally, this position is responsible for ensuring all company policies are developed, maintained and upheld; all company-provided standard operating procedures are adhered to. The Cultivation Manager also provides oversight for all new research and development regarding cannabis cultivation.
The Cultivation Manager reports to General Manager of PWO. The Cultivation Manager is responsible for supervising all phases of cultivation operations including: regulatory compliance to Colorado’s Marijuana state law (MED) regarding production, quality control, maintenance, receiving, and shipping. The Cultivation Manager is also responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training cultivation personnel.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Direct and coordinate Team Member activities, such as planting, irrigation, chemical application, harvesting, grading, payroll and recordkeeping
· Coordinate growing activities with other departments such as, manufacturing, retail to ensure inventory needs are met always
· Record information, such as production, cultivation management practices, to better prepare reports for Executives and stakeholders;
· Determine procedural changes in harvesting, drying, grading, storage and shipment for greater quality, efficiency and accuracy;
· Plan and direct development and production of plant varieties with high yield or disease and insect resistant characteristics;
· Assess requested needs for facility such as machinery, equipment and supplies;
· Assure all cultivation procedures are executed properly and efficiently;
· Responsible for production and scheduling of all manufacturing duties, including planning from all stages and aspects of growth;

About you: We’re looking for Colorado resident with 2 years or more of relevant sales experience, a passion for the cannabis industry, and likes to drive and talk to people. Candidates must be intelligent, personable, and educated (and sound like it on the phone). Available to work flexible hours including: mornings, nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
Responsibilities and Duties
In this role, you will:
- Work with similarly minded energetic, driven, and intelligent colleagues in a fast paced and exciting industry.
- Make direct calls to customers in your sales region, and sale pat pen products.
- Deliver products and sample boxes to current and future vendors.
- Work with store and ordering manager(s) to set up educational vendor booths for customers and budtenders and guide them through the ordering/delivering process
- Stay current with MED’s laws and regulations
- Maintain a calm demeanor during times of high production
- Attend cannabis trade shows across the state and network with potential customers and vendors.
- Receive a base salary of $500/week and unlimited commission potential on sales.
- Execute any other duties assigned by management

Benefits
This is a traveling job and dependable transportation is required. Sales Reps receive a base salary of $500/week, unlimited commission potential on sales, monthly, and quarterly bonus programs.
