Job Summary: The Maintenance Technician will perform general maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment and facilities including plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, heating and cooling, and other building systems.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repair.
- Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs.
- Performs routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure they operate properly.
- Plans repair work using building’s blueprints or equipment manual as needed.
- Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures.
- Performs routine maintenance on building systems.
- Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities.
- Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Employment Offer 
- EPA universal refrigerant license required.
- Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers.
- Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.
- Knowledge of general carpentry and repair.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Obtain a Marijuana Medical Agent Card through Missouri. Ability to use thermometers, pressure gauges, and other testing devices to evaluate HVAC system.
- Ability to read operation and repair manuals for HVAC systems.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 5+ years of general maintenance experience required
- EPA Universal Refrigerant License required.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods standing and walking.
- Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.

Job Summary: A member of the Packaging Specialist team is responsible for supporting daily cultivation operations via our packaging systems. This full time position reports directly to their team lead, Sr. Cultivators, and Grow & Cultivation Managers. In this position you can expect to be ensuring quality control of pre-trimmed products, packaging products into their designated packaging and operating in the vicinity of, or with, an automated packaging machine.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Efficiently and effectively package product into designated packaging
- Efficiently and accurately ensure quality controlled products beyond individual stations
- Maintain a standard of 3-4 lbs per day after 90 days
- Execute standard operating procedures (SOP) and processes accurately.
- Manage their workload efficiently to meet goals and consistently produce quality products.
- Maintain up-to-date work shift responsibilities on logs and inform direct supervisor of any changes.
- Clean and sterilize equipment and workspace.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be able to follow SOP.
- Must be able to operate and maintain equipment in a safe manner.
- Must be comfortable with heights, soil and water, and tight spaces.
- Must be able to climb, squat, bend, twist, and stand for at least 8 hours per day, and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to successfully register with the state’s cannabis commission as an agent.
- Must be able to comply with all laws, regulations, and policies associated with the industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED preferred.
- Basic knowledge of plant anatomy is a plus.
Physical and Mental Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position, move and/or position oneself, communicate, operate and/or prepare, place, position objects, tools, or controls. The employee must occasionally move packages weighing up to 40 lb. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close observation and the ability to adjust focus. This position also operates in the vicinity of machinery which can produce sounds beyond the threshold for safe hearing. Job Summary
The Company is seeking a full-time Staff Accountant to join our team in Riverbend, Missouri. We are looking for a detail oriented, analytical and professional individual who will thrive in a dynamic, rapidly growing environment to join our accounting department. This position will report directly to the Controller and will provide valuable
information to members of management.
Essential Functions
- Enter daily bank and credit card transactions to various general ledger accounts
- Record sales orders/receipts, track accounts receivable and provide weekly aging reports to management
- Assist in inventory tracking and reporting
- Assist in tracking fixed assets and depreciation
- Assist the Sr. Accountant and Controller by gathering information for management requests
- Book journal entries and perform various balance sheet account reconciliations across three entities
- Assist in month-end close and financial statement preparation at period ends
- Performs other duties as required to support Accounting Department.
Basic Qualifications
- Proven working experience as either a staff accountant or bookkeeper, and/or a degree in accounting or related fields.
- Strong understanding of GAAP Accounting
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to learn and adapt to new rules and regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA certified
- Experience with Sage Intact
- Cost accounting experience
