OrGroTech is a Tier II indoor cannabis cultivation facility in St Helens, Oregon, and we are looking for a new member to join our team. We are seeking candidates with cannabis industry experience. You MUST have your OLCC marijuana worker permit, or be waiting for your permit to be approved, to begin working at OrGroTech.
As a Post-Harvest Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of post-harvest cannabis processing: from the cure process to packaging. This will include but limited to cleaning, supply chain management, crew supervision and quality control--all while observing OLCC, OSHA, and company regulations and standard operating procedures.
Must be able to:
- Work all shifts including weekends
- Work on your feet for 8-10 hours a day, besides breaks and lunch
- Repetitive motions for extended periods of time
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Regularly move up to 30 lbs.
- Work time expectation: 80-90% of the time will be on your feet.
We are looking for someone who:
- Prior Cannabis Industry Experience REQUIRED
- Has knowledge and understanding of the Cannabis Cure Process.
- Is a team player with a hard-working, positive attitude.
- Has flexibility in their schedule to work when the product is ready to be processed.
- Has the ability to multi-task and complete a variety of different tasks within a workday.
- Verified attendance history
- Assures compliance with all company, state, and local (OLCC, OSHA) guidelines and regulations

- MUST POSSES AN OLCC HANDLERS PERMIT BEFORE FIRST DAY OF WORK.
This position will start at $18 an hour with the opportunity performance based raises and benefits package.

As a General Laborer, you will be working up to 30 hours per week with a schedule that will varry from week to week.
Must be able to:
- Work on your feet for 8-10 hours a day, besides breaks and lunch
- Work in crouched or uncomfortable positions including repetitive motions for extended periods of time
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Regularly move up to 30 lbs.
- Work time expectation: 85-95% of the time will be physical labor
We are looking for someone who:

- Has the ability to follow instructions and check lists.
- Has the ability to multi-task and complete a variety of different tasks within a workday
- Can carefully clean, sanitize, and maintain essential cultivation equipment

Looking for a reliable, honest, outgoing and detail orientated outside/in house sales rep for a fully licensed cannabis grow. Must have experience in sales and extremely knowledgeable with cannabis. We are an indoor grow and produce top shelf flower. This position requires you to be on the road starting up new accounts with dispensaries and servicing accounts that we already have and new accounts as well. Salary is based on experience.
